本实用新型属于模具技术领域，公开了一种橡胶止水带制备模具。其采用的主要技术方案为：包括刻制有若干板形模槽的矩形模块，该模块的两侧设置有凸框，且所述凸框上侧设置有模压板。利用该橡胶止水带制备模具制备橡胶止水带时只需将橡胶条置入板形模槽中，经过高温硫化即可模具成型，使得构成橡胶止水带的止水变形段、其两侧的锚固段和锚固筋部分一次成型，因此不仅具有制备速度高的特点，更重要的是制备过程中一次成型使得废品率大大降低。

技术领域
本实用新型属于模具技术领域，具体地讲涉及一种用于制备橡胶止水带制备模具。
背景技术
在水利和土建工程中，为了达到防渗漏水的目的，普遍采用橡胶止水带。目前，所使用的橡胶止水带的结构包括变形段和设置于改变性段两侧锚固段和锚固筋部分构成，用于制备该橡胶止水带的制备模具的结构如图1所示包括有型模槽2和若干锚固筋模板条1构成；利用该模具制备橡胶止水带时，首先将若干锚固筋模板条1和橡胶条3依次排列置入型模槽2中，然后通过硫化工序即可制备出橡胶止水带。该模具制备橡胶止水带时，由于锚固筋模板条为单模板设置，可以根据需要设定锚固筋模板在型模槽2中的位置，即可利用一套模具根据需要制备出多种规格的橡胶止水带，具有一模多用的功效；但由于在制备过程中需要对每一个单模板进行固定，因此存在着制备速度低和废品率高的缺陷。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种制备速度高和废品率低的橡胶止水带制备模具。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种橡胶止水带制备模具，包括刻制有若干板形模槽的矩形模块，该模块的两侧设置有凸框，且所述凸框上侧设置有模压板。
其附加技术特征为：所述的板形模槽中设置有横向槽。
本实用新型所提供的一种橡胶止水带制备模具与现有技术相比，由于构成该模具的矩形模块与刻制于其中的若干板形模槽为一体结构，制备橡胶止水带时只需将橡胶条置入板形模槽中，经过高温硫化即可模具成型，使得构成橡胶止水带的止水变形段、其两侧的锚固段和锚固筋部分一次成型，因此不仅具有制备速度高的特点，更重要的是制备过程中一次成型使得废品率大大降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型所提出的橡胶止水带制备模具的结构和使用原理做进一步详细说明。
如图2所示，构成橡胶止水带制备模具的结构包括有矩形模块4，该模块中刻制有若干板形模槽5，矩形模块的两侧设置有凸框6。使用该模具制备橡胶止水带时，首先将裁成型的橡胶条3塞入板形模槽5中，并在板形模槽上的凸框中置入橡胶板条3，然后将模压板7压入模具的凸框中加热硫化成型，出模后即可制得橡胶止水带。
为了提高止水带的止水性能，在构成模块的板形模槽5中设置有横向槽8，即可使得所制备出的止水带的锚固筋部分的结构更加能够满足与固定物（如混凝土）之间的结合，有利于提高止水带的性能。

1.一种橡胶止水带制备模具，其特征在于：包括刻制有若干板形模槽的矩形模块，该模块的两侧设置有凸框，且所述凸框上侧设置有模压板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶止水带制备模具，其特征在于：所述的板形模槽中设置有横向槽。
