本实用新型涉及一种浮选机转子，主要用于浮选机浮选。
背景技术
目前国内外矿山浮选机使用的转子一般由金属材料制作，由于金属铸造误差，运行时平衡精度差；金属转子笨重，安装困难，耗时费力，安装事故时有发生；金属转子易磨损，使用寿命短，一般在6-8个月，影响浮选机使用寿命和生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种耐磨、轻便、使用寿命长的浮选机转子。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的浮选机转子由骨架和橡胶复合组成，骨架由盖板和叶片组成，盖板与叶片一端固定连接，橡胶衬在骨架上，形成复合转子。
本实用新型的浮选机转子与现有技术相比具有如下优异效果。
由于转子是由金属骨架和橡胶复合而成，金属骨架经过特殊的焊接工艺，使骨架强度明显提高，骨架表面的橡胶是由高耐磨橡胶经高温、高压硫化而成，组成耐磨、轻便、使用寿命长的浮选机转子，提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本；同时使安装轻便、安全，省时省力，降低了噪音，节约了能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的浮选机转子作进一步的详细说明。
图1所示的骨架由盖板1和叶片2组成，盖板1与叶片2一端固定连接，叶片2入盖板1内但不与盖板1平齐形成一个焊接熔池，这样焊接有效地提高叶片2的强度，不至于在使用过程中因为焊接不牢或是焊接缺陷导致叶片2折断。
图2所示的骨架的叶片2与盖板1之间的焊接方式。
图3所示的骨架整体复合橡胶是在骨架表面衬上橡胶3，置于模具内，经过高温、高压成型，可以有效地保证产品各位置的致密度以及平衡精度，不至于在使用时出现偏载。
