背景技术
在中草药生产加工领域中，需要对药物进行粉碎，以符合生产条件的需要。传统的工艺是通过手动粉碎，这种做法不仅效率低下，而且粉碎效果比较差，精度难以控制。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种药物粉碎装置，通过风选的原理来二次粉碎药物，使其粉碎的更加彻底，同时对药物进行风干。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下： 
一种药物粉碎装置，包括有壳体，其特征在于：所述壳体的端部设有进料口，壳体的内部转动安装有转轴，围绕转轴的四周设有多个呈高低错落排列的销钉；壳体的一侧设有相联通的料仓，所述料仓的端部设有出料口并连接有出料管，料仓的底部安装有引风机，料仓的底部与壳体之间联通有管道，管道中安装有鼓风机。

所述的药物粉碎装置，其特征在于：所述的壳体外设有电机，电机与所述的转轴传动连接。

具体实施方式
参见图1，一种药物粉碎装置，包括有壳体1，壳体1的端部设有进料口3，壳体1的内部转动安装有转轴4，围绕转轴4的四周设有多个呈高低错落排列的销钉5；壳体1的一侧设有相联通的料仓2，料仓2的端部设有出料口6并连接有出料管7，料仓2的底部安装有引风机8，料仓2的底部与壳体1之间联通有管道10，管道10中安装有鼓风机9。 
进料口3的口部固定焊接有导槽11，为药物导入壳体1内提供了便捷。 
壳体1外设有电机，电机与转轴4传动连接。 
首先将药物通过进料口3送入壳体1内，电机带动转轴4转动，药物与转轴4上的多个呈高低错落排列的销钉5之间不断发生碰撞，得到初步粉碎并进入料仓2中，在引风机8的作用下，药物得到了充分的干燥，并经位于料仓2端部的出料口6吹送到出料管7，然后再经过出料管7排出并由其他容器或袋子接收；而未完全粉碎的物料则在重力的作用下落入管道10内，并在鼓风机9的作用下返回到壳体1中进行二次粉碎。

1.一种药物粉碎装置，包括有壳体，其特征在于：所述壳体的端部设有进料口，壳体的内部转动安装有转轴，围绕转轴的四周设有多个呈高低错落排列的销钉；壳体的一侧设有相联通的料仓，所述料仓的端部设有出料口并连接有出料管，料仓的底部安装有引风机，料仓的底部与壳体之间联通有管道，管道中安装有鼓风机。
