目前选煤厂介质的提升设备，主要有起重电磁铁、抓斗式起重机。起重电磁铁、抓斗式起重机的投资高、占地空间大、结构复杂、维修工作量大，耗能高。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是针对背景技术起重电磁铁、抓斗式起重机的投资高、占地空间大、结构复杂、维修工作量大，耗能高的诸多缺陷，提供一种投资少、占地空间少、结构简化、耗能低的新型介质提升机。
实现上述目的采用以下技术方案：一种介质提升机，包括机架、驱动装置、料斗、钢丝绳、防护栏、溜槽、限位装置，料斗位于机架的下端，溜槽设置在机架的上部，所述的驱动装置固定在机架的顶端，驱动装置的左、右侧分别设置有与其连接的卷筒，左、右卷筒分别通过钢丝绳与料斗的动滑轮连接，带动料斗沿机架上下移动，机架的上、下端分别固定安装有控制料斗行程的限位装置，防护栏安装在机架上。
采用上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，本实用新型投资少、占地空间少、结构大大简化、耗能低、检修方便，设计新颖，整机工作可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
本实施例是一种介质提升机，由机架2、驱动装置8、料斗4、钢丝绳12、防护栏1、溜槽6、限位装置等组成。见图1-3，由电机、减速机组成的驱动装置8固定安装在机架2的顶端，驱动装置8的左右侧依次安装卷筒，左卷筒9，右卷筒11 。左右两个卷筒分别通过钢丝绳12与料斗4的动滑轮13联接，钢丝绳12绕过料斗4的动滑轮13，两端分别固定在左、右卷筒9、11上。左右卷筒通过钢丝绳12带动料斗4沿机架2上下移动。为了控制料斗4的行程，在机架2一侧上端固定安装上限位装置7，下端固定安装下限位装置3。防护栏1安装在机架2上，用于料斗4在上升、下降过程中的安全防护。料斗4的底板15上安装滚轮14，料斗4的上部安装动滑轮13。
工作时，动力由驱动装置8上的电机减速机10输入，带动左右两个卷筒9、11旋转，随着左右卷筒的旋转，钢丝绳12带动料斗4沿机架2上下移动，当料斗4底板15上的滚轮14卡在机架2岔道内时，随着料斗4的继续上升，料斗4上的底板15开始倾翻；当料斗4上升至预定位置碰到机架2上端的上限位装置7后停止上升，介质从料斗4上的底板15滑落到溜槽6上，落入到介质桶5内，完成提升、卸料。卸料完毕，电机减速机10反转, 料斗4下降，料斗4沿机架2移动至底部，当料斗4碰到机架2下端的下限位装置3时，电机减速机10自动停止，完成一个工作循环。

1.一种介质提升机，包括机架、驱动装置、料斗、钢丝绳、防护栏、溜槽、限位装置，料斗位于机架的下端，溜槽设置在机架的上部，其特征在于，所述的驱动装置固定在机架的顶端，驱动装置的左、右侧分别设置有与其连接的卷筒，左、右卷筒分别通过钢丝绳与料斗的动滑轮连接，带动料斗沿机架上下移动，机架的上、下端分别固定安装有控制料斗行程的限位装置，防护栏安装在机架上。
