背景技术
发电机转轴由40Cr材料加工而成，在转子中它把爪极、内挡圈、滑环穿合在一起，地位非常重要，所以对它的要求比较高。由于压装时压力比较大，轴头一般不能受力，以及传统型转轴上没有一个可以定位的端面，因此转轴压装时不好定位，且轴头受力过大容易变形，压装工作效率低。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中转轴压装时不好定位，且轴头受力过大容易变形的问题，本实用新型提供了一种发电机转轴。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种发电机转轴，包括转轴本体，转轴本体上设有内挡圈。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下优点和进步：将需要压在转轴上的内挡圈做成与转轴成一个整体，这样在压装时可以用内挡圈的端面做受力面，降低转轴的受力程度，从而减少转轴的变形几率，同时安装效率和质量都得到提高。改进后的转轴不会出现轴头变粗、变形等不良缺陷，性能更稳定。
