本实用新型压塞机设备，该设备用来给罐桶压塞，它由机架、压塞头、控制阀、定位环、工作台板组成，气缸固定于机架上方，下端连接压塞头，控制阀固定于机架上方并位于气缸一侧，定位环位于工作台板，用来控制罐桶，解决了机械式压塞机压塞速度慢，操作繁琐，罐桶损耗高的问题，能快速压塞，操作简单，罐桶损耗低。该设备符合食品卫生要求，所压罐桶密封性好，同时气缸控制压塞动作，缓冲性能好，罐桶损耗低。

本发明涉及的是食品、饮料领域的一种压塞设备，具体涉及用于罐桶等包装容器的压塞设备。 
背景技术：
传统压塞机是机械式压塞机，杠杆式操作，压塞速度慢，劳动强度高，并且容易损坏罐桶。 
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术或者设备的不足而提供一种压塞设备，它包括：机架、气缸、压塞头、控制阀、定位环、工作台板，气缸固定于机架上方，下端连接压塞头，控制阀固定于机架上方并位于气缸一侧，定位环位于工作台板，用来控制罐桶。 
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的：先把罐桶塞固定在压塞头上，然后把灌满内容物的罐桶放在工作台板上，紧靠定位环固定好之后，操作手动阀，压塞机气缸自动下压，将气缸下端压塞头内的桶塞压入罐桶桶口，完成压塞工作。 
本方案的有益效果可从上述方案的叙述得知：该设备解决了机械式压塞机压塞速度慢，操作繁琐，罐桶损耗高的问题，该设备能快速压塞，操作简单，罐桶损耗低。 
本发明压塞机设备还具有以下优点： 
1.压塞机整机为不锈钢材料制造，符合食品卫生要求，耐磨损，使用寿命长，所压的罐桶密封性好。 
2.性能优良、压塞速度快、操作简单。

具体实施方式：
本压塞机设备，是用来给罐桶等容器压塞的新式设备，包括：机架、气缸、压塞头、控制阀、定位环、工作台板。 
其工作过程是：把罐桶塞事先固定在压塞头3上，然后把灌满内容物的罐桶放在工作台板7上，紧靠定位环6固定好之后，操作手动阀4，压塞机气缸5自动下压，将气缸下端压塞头3内的桶塞压入罐桶桶口，完成压塞工作。
