技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆,尤其是涉及一种分层绝缘绞合导体的电力电缆。 
背景技术
电力电缆一般由铜导体线芯、绝缘层、金属护套、内护层和外被层所组成。 
电力电缆的导体一般为绞合铜单线构成,承担着通载电流的核心功能,其导体通过交流电流时,受集肤效应影响,导体的电流密度分布并不均匀。随着导体截面的增大,电流密度由内向外逐渐增大的效应逐渐显著,导体单位面积上的平均电流密度逐渐减小,导体利用率逐步下降,其交流电阻逐渐增大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种提高一定敷设条件下电力电缆的载流量、简化生成工艺的分层绝缘绞合导体的电力电缆。 
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种分层绝缘绞合导体的电力电缆,包括导体、绝缘皱纹纸、半导电层、绝缘层、半导电屏蔽层、缓冲层、金属护套、外被层,所述的导体、半导电层、绝缘层、半导电屏蔽层、缓冲层、金属护套、外被层从内到外依次设置,所述的绝缘皱纹纸将导体分成若干个股块,其特征在于,还包括绕包绝缘层,该绕包绝缘层与导体同轴设置,其横截面半径为导体横截面半径的1/5~4/5。 
所述的绝缘皱纹纸将导体分成五个股块。 
所述的绕包绝缘层的横截面半径为导体横截面半径的1/2。 
所述的绕包绝缘层的横截面为圆形。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点: 
1、在导体的每个股块上增加绕包绝缘层,这样提高了每个股块的中间部位的 平均电流密度,大大减小了导体的交流电阻及其交流损耗,提高一定敷设条件下电力电缆的载流量; 
2、在加工生产时也简化了导体的生产工艺,在电缆接头处和终端处,更好的进行操作。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。 
实施例 
如图1所示,一种分层绝缘绞合导体的电力电缆,包括导体1、绝缘皱纹纸2、半导电层4、绝缘层5、半导电屏蔽层6、缓冲层7、金属护套8、外被层9,所述的导体1、半导电层4、绝缘层5、半导电屏蔽层6、缓冲层7、金属护套8、外被层9从内到外依次设置,所述的绝缘皱纹纸2将导体1分成五个股块,本实用新型还包括绕包绝缘层3,该绕包绝缘层3与导体同轴设置,其横截面半径为导体横截面半径的1/2。这样就提高了每个股块的中间部位的平均电流密度,大大减小了导体的交流电阻,相比于单线绝缘导体,不仅提高了电缆导体的载流量能力,并且在加工生产时也简化了导体的生产工艺,在电缆接头处和终端处,更好的进行操作。

1.一种分层绝缘绞合导体的电力电缆,包括导体、绝缘皱纹纸、半导电层、绝缘层、半导电屏蔽层、缓冲层、金属护套、外被层,所述的导体、半导电层、绝缘层、半导电屏蔽层、缓冲层、金属护套、外被层从内到外依次设置,所述的绝缘皱纹纸将导体分成若干个股块,其特征在于,还包括绕包绝缘层,该绕包绝缘层与导体同轴设置,其横截面半径为导体横截面半径的1/5~4/5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分层绝缘绞合导体的电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的绝缘皱纹纸将导体分成五个股块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分层绝缘绞合导体的电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的绕包绝缘层的横截面半径为导体横截面半径的1/2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种分层绝缘绞合导体的电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的绕包绝缘层的横截面为圆形。
