本实用新型提供双向导电排,包括阳极板、导电耳、导电排、支撑耳,导电排I与导电耳接触,导电排I设在阳极板的导电耳下方,为纵向,与阳极板垂直;导电排I端部连接导电排II,导电排II与导电排I垂直;导电排I通过导电排II与支撑耳连接;优点是:改变了槽间导电排的导电方式,使阳极电流分布更均匀,接触良好,降低电耗,减少因导电耳电流过大而过热或烧断的现象。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电化学装置,尤其是一种电解电积工艺中的导电排。 
背景技术:
电解电积工艺中一般电解槽均为串联关系,前后两槽间的电路连接均通过槽间导电排来实现,现在应用的一般是半圆铜棒或冲压型铜板,上一槽的阴极通过槽间导电排与下一槽的阳极进行连接,以这种形式实现槽与槽间的串联电路,阳极有两个支撑吊耳,其中一个起到从上一槽接入电流的作用,称作导电耳,而另一支撑耳只起到支撑作用不起导电作用,也有四触点导电排,这种导电排将支撑耳放在同一铜排上起到一定的均流作用,但电流仍全部需从导电耳引入,导电耳上经过的电流较大,而且容易不均匀,严重时导电耳发热或烧断。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足而提供一种双向导电排。 
本实用新型所采用技术方案是:双向导电排,包括阳极板、导电耳、导电排、支撑耳,导电排I与导电耳接触,导电排I设在阳极板的导电耳下方,为纵向,与阳极板垂直;导电排I端部连接导电排II,导电排II与导电排I垂直;导电排I通过导电排II与支撑耳连接。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:改变了槽间导电排的导电方式,使阳极电流分布更均匀,接触良好,降低电耗,减少因导电耳电流过大而过热或烧断的现象。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的实施例。 
双向导电排,包括阳极板2、导电耳3、导电排1和5、支撑耳4,导电排I1与导电耳3接触,导电排I 1设在阳极板2的导电耳3下方,为纵向,与阳极板2垂直;导电排I 1端部连接导电排II 5,导电排II 5与导电排I 1垂直;导电排I 1通过导电排II 5与支撑耳4连接。 
通过在阳极板2的导电耳3下方的导电排I 1的端部连接一根导电排II5,使导电排I 1上面的电流通过导电排II 5分配一部分到阳极板2的支撑耳4上,使导电耳3和支撑耳4实现同时导电,电流分配均匀,槽电压降低。

1.双向导电排,包括阳极板、导电耳、导电排、支撑耳,导电排I与导电耳接触,其特征在于导电排I设在阳极板的导电耳下方,为纵向,与阳极板垂直;导电排I端部连接导电排II,导电排II与导电排I垂直;导电排I通过导电排II与支撑耳连接。
