负压吸尘罩，包括设置在落料口外壁上的吸尘水平罩，吸尘水平罩的上方设有吸尘上罩，吸尘水平罩和吸尘上罩之间形成封闭的吸尘腔，吸尘上罩的顶部设有负压管，负压管的上端连接负压设备，负压管的下端与吸尘腔连通，吸尘水平罩的四周设有吸尘口，吸尘口位置与落料口下方的接料小车的上口周边位置对应；吸尘水平罩的四周和吸尘上罩之间预留10mm间隙的吸尘口。本实用新型结构简单，功能实用，在粉尘扩散区形成了一个负压区，有效地减少了粉尘的扩散，明显地降低了粉尘的二次污染，减少了对现场人员的危害。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种负压吸尘罩。
背景技术
目前卷烟厂所有生产过程中造成的烟末、粉尘等，被除尘器利用负压收集到除尘房集中处理。处理后的粉尘经落料口落到接料小车中，在此过程中，黄色细小的粉尘四散飞扬，严重危及现场操作人员及维修工的身体健康，二次污染环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种负压吸尘罩，可大大减少在落料口落到接料小车中形成的粉尘。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：负压吸尘罩，包括设置在落料口外壁上的吸尘水平罩，吸尘水平罩的上方设有吸尘上罩，吸尘水平罩和吸尘上罩之间形成封闭的吸尘腔，吸尘上罩的顶部设有负压管，负压管的上端连接负压设备，负压管的下端与吸尘腔连通，吸尘水平罩的四周设有吸尘口，吸尘口位置与落料口下方的接料小车的上口周边位置对应。
所述的吸尘水平罩的四周和吸尘上罩之间预留10mm间隙的吸尘口。
本实用新型结构简单。功能实用，在粉尘扩散区形成了一个负压区，有效地减少了粉尘的扩散，明显地降低了粉尘的二次污染，减少了对现场人员的危害。

具体实施方式
实施例：如图1所示，负压吸尘罩，包括设置在落料口1外壁上的吸尘水平罩3，吸尘水平罩3的上方设有吸尘上罩2，吸尘水平罩3和吸尘上罩2之间形成封闭的吸尘腔，吸尘上罩2的顶部设有负压管4，负压管4的上端连接负压设备，负压管4的下端与吸尘腔连通，吸尘水平罩3的四周设有吸尘口，吸尘口位置与落料口1下方的接料小车5的上口周边位置对应。吸尘水平罩3的四周和吸尘上罩2之间预留10mm间隙的吸尘口。图1中实箭头为粉尘的流动方向，虚箭头为落料方向。
负压管4接入大小可调节的负压空气，在负压罩四周形成间隙为10mm的真空槽作为吸尘口。通过调节负压的大小，把向四周飘散的细小粉尘吸入负压管4，然后汇入除尘器。

1.负压吸尘罩，其特征在于：包括设置在落料口外壁上的吸尘水平罩，吸尘水平罩的上方设有吸尘上罩，吸尘水平罩和吸尘上罩之间形成封闭的吸尘腔，吸尘上罩的顶部设有负压管，负压管的上端连接负压设备，负压管的下端与吸尘腔连通，吸尘水平罩的四周设有吸尘口，吸尘口位置与落料口下方的接料小车的上口周边位置对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负压吸尘罩，其特征在于：所述的吸尘水平罩的四周和吸尘上罩之间预留10mm间隙的吸尘口。
