本实用新型创造涉及空气空气过滤器，更具体地说，涉及一种包括壳体、分别设于壳体上方和下方的上盖和下盖，壳体内设有若干层滤芯，壳体的下方下盖内设有挡板的车辆发动机用空气空气过滤器。
背景技术
空气过滤器主要应用在气动机械、内燃机械等领域，作用是为这些机械设备提供清洁的空气，以防这些机械设备在工作中吸入带有杂质颗粒的空气而增加磨蚀和损坏的几率。空气过滤器的主要组成部分是滤芯和机壳，其中滤芯是主要的过滤部分，承担着气体的过滤工作，而机壳是为滤芯提供必要保护的外部结构。空气过滤器的工作要求是能承担高效率的空气过滤工作，不为空气流动增加过多阻力，并能长时间连续工作。
目前，现有的空气过滤器，包括上盖、壳体和下盖，上盖、壳体、下盖组成的空间内设有滤芯，上盖上连接有气管接头，下盖的下端用连接头连接有排水装置。将过滤技术应用到气体检测时，因以下问题不能达到长期过滤粉尘及空气中水气的作用：
1.              采集的样气不能经过压缩，以免气压对气体检测传感器造成影响；
2.              过滤器不允许改变采集样气的气体成份；
3.              体积大小受到限制。 
实用新型创造内容
为了解决空气过滤器正常大气压下空气中水份的收集、过滤和在滤芯体积有限的情况下对空气中粉尘的长期有效过滤以及过滤器自身防水的问题，本实用新型创造提供一种空气过滤器，该空气过滤器解决了水气的收集和过滤，并通过金属粉末过滤，过滤效果更好。
本实用新型创造解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下所述：一种空气过滤器，包括壳体、分别设于壳体上方和下方的上盖和下盖，壳体内设有若干层滤芯，壳体的下方下盖内设有挡板，其特征在于，所述每层滤芯之间分别分层排列有若干层高效过滤布，所述挡板包括一圆锥形挡板和设于圆锥形挡板下方的若干层环形挡板，圆锥形挡板的上方设有铜网烧结片，环形挡板下方设有金属粉末。
所述上盖为不锈钢材质。
根据上述结构的本实用新型创造，其有益效果在于，
本实用新型创造分层排列的若干层高效滤布对空气中的粉尘起到有效、长久的过滤，无需过大体积，并保证较小的风阻；
本实用新型创造可减速空气及增加空气在通道中停留时间；
本实用新型创造圆锥形挡板凝结和收集水份，能让空气中大部分的水气在过滤器前端凝结，并自动排出过滤器外，无需定期手工操作；
本实用新型创造采用金属粉末过滤，其微缝隙可对气流产生较大阻力的同时让收集的水份排出。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种空气过滤器，包括壳体3、分别设于壳体3上方和下方的上盖2和下盖4，上盖2与气管接头1连接，所述壳体3内设有若干层滤芯9，所述每层滤芯9之间分别分层排列有若干层高效过滤布，分层排列的高效过滤布能滤除空气中99.999%的粉尘，所述上盖2为不锈钢材质，有利于空气中的水份凝结，所述壳体3的下方下盖4内设有挡板，所述挡板包括一圆锥形挡板7和设于圆锥形挡板7下方的若干层环形挡板6，圆锥形挡板7对被减速后的空气中的水份再次起到凝结作用，锥形角度可将凝结的水滴落入气体通道下部，经金属粉末5的微缝隙中排出。圆锥形挡板7的上方设有铜网烧结片8，该铜网烧结片8起到和金属粉末5类似的作用，对空气中的粉尘和水份进行吸咐，剩除的水份在此形成较大的水滴，最后沿圆锥形挡板7落入气体通道下部，经金属粉末5的微缝隙中排出，该结构能滤除空气中90%的水气。金属粉末5设于环形挡板6下方，能将凝结为较大水滴的水份经金属微孔排出。

1.一种空气过滤器，包括壳体、分别设于壳体上方和下方的上盖和下盖，壳体内设有若干层滤芯，壳体的下方下盖内设有挡板，其特征在于，所述每层滤芯之间分别分层排列有若干层高效过滤布，所述挡板包括一圆锥形挡板和设于圆锥形挡板下方的若干层环形挡板，圆锥形挡板的上方设有铜网烧结片，环形挡板下方设有金属粉末。
