本实用新型紫光放大鉴别仪,属放大镜观察设备领域。
技术背景
目前各涂装车间的产品在不同程度上蒙受灰尘、杂质及散落的纤维造成的污染。为查找控制缺陷的主要来源,车间油漆缺陷分析人员,每日对漆膜进行取样带回分析室,放置显微镜下与原始样本库实物做微观鉴别获得结果。由于利用显微镜鉴别受到一些局限性,如:显微镜缺乏辅助鉴别功能,对纤维缺陷不易做出鉴别结果,尘埃易污染鉴别样品,设备庞大不便携带等缺陷,故需要开发现场实用的简捷、准确、方便的生产现场产品缺陷检测仪。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种紫光放大鉴别仪,根据被放大观察检验的物质在紫光照射下所反射出的不同颜色而鉴别其所属类别。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型紫光放大鉴别仪,由机盒、直流电源、放大镜检测窗、载检玻片插槽、载检玻片和检测光源组成,特点是检测光源由白光底灯、白光光源和紫光光源组成,白光光源、紫光光源分别设置在机盒内两侧。
上述设置在机盒两侧白光光源是白光二极管,分别设置在机盒两侧的端部,紫光光源是紫光二极管,分别设置在两端白光二极管之间。
上述白光底灯设置在机盒内底面。
本实用新型鉴别仪,创新采用紫光光源为检测光源,实用性强,被检物在密闭的机盒内,通过机盒表面的检测窗观察检测,被检物不受外界环境影响,故而检测鉴别准确可靠,并且鉴别仪轻便易携带。

具体实施方式
现结合附图说明本实用新型是如何实施的:
机盒表面设有直流电源开关1、放大镜检测窗2、载检玻片插槽3,盒内两侧分别装有白光二极管4和紫光二极管5,白光二极管4设置在机盒两侧的端部,紫光二极管5、设置在两端白光二极管4之间,机盒底部装有底灯7,以本实用新型鉴别仪在实施现场操作的程序是:首先将取样被检物放置贴有双面胶的载检玻片8上,再将该载检玻片8插入载检玻片插口3中,开启白光二极管4,直接在放大镜检测窗2通过高倍放大镜鉴别被检物所属种类,对于不易辨别的被检纤维,关闭白光二极管4,开启紫光二极管5进行进一步观察鉴别,如此即能准确鉴别被检纤维的类别。
当需要统计载玻片上的杂质个数及其它分析时,同时开启底光灯7。

1.紫光放大鉴别仪,由机盒、直流电源、放大镜检测窗、载检玻片插槽、载检玻片和检测光源组成,其特征在于检测光源由白光底灯、白光光源和紫光光源组成,白光光源、紫光光源分别设置在机盒内两侧。
2.根据权利要求1的紫光放大鉴别仪,其特征在于设置在机盒两侧白光光源是白光二极管,分别设置在机盒两侧的端部,紫光光源是紫光二极管,分别设置在两端白光二极管之间。
3.根据权利要求1的紫光放大鉴别仪,其特征在于白光底灯设置在机盒内底面。
