本实用新型属于机动车换挡控制,特别是电动直接拨动式换挡操纵机构。其特征是:至少包括连接拨叉与机械变速箱的变速杆,变速杆下端座落在横向拨叉导轨和纵向拨叉导轨上,并分别与三个拨叉轴轴连接,三个拨叉轴连接有挡位拨叉,变速杆上端与纵向拨叉导轨执行器和横向拨叉导轨执行器的执行器推杆连接,拨叉导轨执行器和横向拨叉导轨执行器分别与控制器电连接,控制器控制拨叉导轨执行器和横向拨叉导轨执行器使变速杆沿横向拨叉导轨和纵向拨叉导轨移动,带动挡位拨叉纵横移动,使三、四挡拨叉或一、二挡拨叉或倒挡拨叉到需要的当位。由于通过控制器分别控制横向拨叉执行器和纵向拨叉执行器完成换挡操作,省去了挡位手柄、与挡位手柄通过连接杆连接的机械式挡位控制器,代替踩离合、挂挡,从而实现自动换挡。

本实用新型属于机动车换挡控制,特别是电动直接拨动式换挡操纵机构。 
背景技术
在机动车中,动力系统基本组成包括:发动机、离合器、变速箱、万向节、驱动轴、差带器、后轮,发动机输出杆与变速箱之间通过离合器连接,实现换挡控制,然后由变速箱将变速后的轴向力通过驱动轴和差带器加载在驱动轮(后轮)上,离合器换挡控制中的离合是发动机与变速箱之间的连接部件。当离合压紧(不踩离合踏板)时,发动机的动力可传输到变速箱;当离合完全松开时(踩紧离合踏板)时,发动机的动力不能传输到变速箱;当离合半松开时(没全踩紧离合踏板)时,根据情况,发动机的动力可部分或全部传输到变速箱。现有的离合器换挡控制有机械式的和自动式,从油耗上讲,机械式比自动式要省油很多,从使用方便性上讲,自动式比机械式要方便的多。 
而换挡和离合器控制是通过液压方式来执行的,主要由换挡控制模块、离合器控制模块和带一体式电控单元的动力包组成。动力包中的电机驱动液压泵,提供换挡系统和离合器系统的动力。变速箱电控单元根据采集到的车辆信息,选择最佳换挡策略,通过液压执行机构自动进行换挡操作。 
挡控过程是: 
    1 - 松油门
    2 - 踩离合
    3 - 换挡
    4 - 边踩油门,变松离合(保持车辆工作平稳)
5 - 踩离合的脚离开离合
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便、节省油耗的电动直接拨动式换挡操纵机构。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,电动直接拨动式换挡操纵机构,至少包括连接拨叉与机械变速箱的变速杆,变速杆下端座落在横向拨叉导轨和纵向拨叉导轨上,并分别与三个拨叉轴轴连接,三个拨叉轴连接有挡位拨叉,变速杆上端与纵向拨叉导轨执行器和横向拨叉导轨执行器的执行器推杆连接,拨叉导轨执行器和横向拨叉导轨执行器分别与控制器电连接,控制器控制拨叉导轨执行器和横向拨叉导轨执行器使变速杆沿横向拨叉导轨和纵向拨叉导轨移动,带动挡位拨叉纵横移动,使三、四挡拨叉或一、二挡拨叉或倒挡拨叉到需要的当位。 
所述的横向拨叉导轨执行器和纵向拨叉导轨执行器具有相同结构,包括:电动机、齿轮副、齿轮箱、传动轴、传动轴承和推杆,电动机输出轴连接齿轮副,或通过变速器连接齿轮副,齿轮副固定在齿轮箱内,齿轮副同时连接传动轴,传动轴与传动轴承轴承连接,齿轮副使传动轴和电动机轴构成平行结构,电动机转动,其输出轴通过变速器变速后,带动齿轮副的一组齿轮转动,齿轮轴作为传动轴,通过传动轴承使传动轴带动的滚珠丝母的输出杆前行或后行。 
所述的横向拨叉导轨执行器和纵向拨叉导轨执行器也可由电动机、传动轴、传动轴承和推杆,电动机输出轴连接传动轴,或通过变速器连接传动轴,传动轴与传动轴承轴承连接,传动轴和电动机轴构成同轴连接。 
本实用新型的优点是:由于通过控制器分别控制横向拨叉导轨执行器和纵向拨叉导轨执行器完成换挡操作,省去了挡位手柄、与挡位手柄通过连接杆连接的机械式挡位控制器,代替踩离合、挂挡,从而实现自动换挡。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括连接拨叉与机械变速箱的变速杆,变速杆下端座落在横向拨叉导轨4和纵向拨叉导轨5上,并分别与三个拨叉轴2轴连接,三个拨叉轴2连接有挡位拨叉1(三、四挡拨叉和一、二挡拨叉,同时通过倒挡拨叉导向杆连接着倒挡拨叉),变速杆上端与纵向拨叉导轨执行器7和横向拨叉导轨执行器8的执行器推杆连接,拨叉导轨执行器7和横向拨叉导轨执行器8分别与控制器10电连接,控制器10控制拨叉导轨执行器7和横向拨叉导轨执行器8使变速杆3沿横向拨叉导轨4和纵向拨叉导轨5移动,带动挡位拨叉1纵横移动,使三、四挡拨叉或一、二挡拨叉或倒挡拨叉到需要的当位。 
由于通过控制器10分别控制横向拨叉导轨执行器8和纵向拨叉导轨执行器7完成换挡操作,省去了挡位手柄1与挡位手柄通过连接杆2连接的机械式挡位控制器3,从而实现自动换挡。 
如图2所示,横向拨叉导轨执行器8和纵向拨叉导轨执行器7具有相同的结构,包括:电动机13、齿轮副11、齿轮箱14、传动轴15、传动轴承16和推杆4,电动机13输出轴连接齿轮副11,或通过变速器12连接齿轮副11,齿轮副11固定在齿轮箱14内,齿轮副11同时连接传动轴15,传动轴15与传动轴承16轴承连接,齿轮副11使传动轴15和电动机13轴构成平行结构,电动机13转动,其输出轴通过变速器12变速后,带动齿轮副11的一组齿轮转动,齿轮轴作为传动轴15,通过传动轴承16使传动轴15带动的滚珠丝母17的输出杆前行或后行。 
横向拨叉导轨执行器8和纵向拨叉导轨执行器7由电动机13、传动轴15、传动轴承16和推杆7,电动机13输出轴连接传动轴15,或通过变速器12连接传动轴15,传动轴15与传动轴承16轴承连接,传动轴15和电动机13轴构成同轴连接。在这种情况下,电动机13转动,其输出轴通过变速器12变速后,带动传动轴15,传动轴15通过传动轴承16使传动轴15带动的滚珠丝母17输出杆前行或后行。 
如图3所示,横向拨叉导轨4、纵向拨叉导轨5分别连接到拨叉杆上,通过控制器10连接横向拨叉导轨执行器8和纵向拨叉导轨执行器7,再通过横向拨叉导轨执行器8和纵向拨叉导轨执行器7控制拨叉杆在纵横导轨上移动,当在图4空挡位向1挡位移动时,纵向拨叉导轨执行器7先动作向上移动一个位置,使拨叉杆由中横导轨到达上横导轨后,纵向拨叉导轨执行器7停止工作,横向拨叉导轨执行器8开如工作,横向拨叉导轨执行器8控制横向拨叉导轨4向后移动到达1挡位时停止。而由1挡位到2挡位时,横向拨叉导轨执行器8控制横向拨叉导轨4向前直接移动到达2挡位时停止。由2挡位到3挡位时,横向拨叉导轨执行器8控制横向拨叉导轨4向后移动到纵向导轨,横向拨叉导轨执行器8停止,再由纵向拨叉导轨执行器7控制拨叉杆在纵横导轨上向下移动到图4的空挡位后,纵向拨叉导轨执行器7停止,此后,横向拨叉导轨执行器8工作,控制横向拨叉导轨4向后移动到3挡位时停止。以此推。

1.电动直接拨动式换挡操纵机构,至少包括连接拨叉与机械变速箱的变速杆,变速杆下端座落在横向拨叉导轨和纵向拨叉导轨上,并分别与三个拨叉轴轴连接,三个拨叉轴连接有挡位拨叉,变速杆上端与纵向拨叉导轨执行器和横向拨叉导轨执行器的执行器推杆连接,拨叉导轨执行器和横向拨叉导轨执行器分别与控制器电连接。
