一种新型高速陶瓷球轴承,属于滚动轴承领域;其结构特征是:轴承外圈与中圈之间设有沟槽,滚动体采用陶瓷球,陶瓷球装在保持架内,并嵌入外圈与中圈之间的沟槽中;并在轴承中圈与内圈之间设有沟槽,陶瓷球装在保持架内,并嵌入中圈与内圈之间的沟槽中;中圈起到既作为内圈,又作为外圈的作用。本实用新型采用双层结构的设计,提高了轴承的转速和耐磨性,延长了轴承的使用寿命。轴承滚动体陶瓷球采用氮化硅材料,外圈、中圈和内圈采用GCr15轴承钢,保持架采用尼龙材料。

一种新型高速陶瓷球轴承
技术领域    本实用新型属于滚动轴承领域,具体地说是涉及一种新型高速,采用陶瓷球作为滚动体的轴承。
背景技术    轴承广泛用于机械制造、航空航天、交通运输、能源、电力、采矿、冶金、建筑、化工、IT、家电等国防民用的几乎所有行业。滚动轴承是一种将运转的轴与轴座之间的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,从而减少摩擦损失的一种精密的机械元件,用于高速旋转时的滚动轴承一般使用精密轴承。滚动轴承在高速运转的过程中,滚动体要产生离心力,离心力作用于轴承套圈,它和外加载荷一起,对套圈产生接触应力。接触应力是轴承疲劳破坏的主要原因。目前解决这一问题的办法是滚动体采用氮化硅陶瓷材料,因为氮化硅陶瓷材料的密度大约只有轴承钢的40%左右,产生的离心力也只有40%。由于氮化硅陶瓷材料特别难于加工,在生产加工过程中,技术上很难满足符合要求的球轴承。
发明内容    鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种转速高,可达到极限转速,使用寿命长,耐磨的新型陶瓷球轴承。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:轴承外圈与中圈之间设有沟槽,滚动体采用陶瓷球,陶瓷球装在保持架内,并嵌入外圈与中圈之间的沟槽中;并在轴承中圈与内圈之间设有沟槽,陶瓷球装在保持架内,并嵌入中圈与内圈之间的沟槽中;中圈起到既作为内圈,又作为外圈的作用。本实用新型采用双层结构的设计,提高了轴承的转速和耐磨性,延长了轴承的使用寿命。轴承滚动体陶瓷球采用氮化硅材料,外圈、中圈和内圈采用GCr15轴承钢,保持架采用尼龙材料。
