本实用新型属于汽车零部件领域，特别涉及一种汽车内饰件安装装置，用于汽车立柱或车门处内饰件与车体配合。
背景技术
现在通常用的汽车内饰件在安装时，多采用卡扣顶部装配在内饰件狗窝中，底部单向卡紧车体的塑料卡扣结构，这种卡接结构使得内饰件结构复杂，对卡扣尺寸及底孔尺寸的配合精度要求很高，如果卡扣尺寸为上偏差而同时底孔尺寸为下偏差，则会导致装不进去，而相反则导致装配后松动，行车过程中有异响；同时对卡扣材料要求高，如果卡扣材料的弹性不好，则卡扣容易脆断，造成内饰件脱落；另外如果内饰件的狗窝强度不好则容易导致内饰件破坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、设计合理，可有效解决现有的内饰件安装结构导致的行车过程出现的异响、脱落、零件破坏等问题，保证内饰件安装牢固可靠的汽车内饰件安装装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：所述的本体上设置有U型夹持槽结构，U型夹持槽的侧面中空，末端为一钳式夹紧结构，钳式夹紧结构的末端保持在U型夹持槽的中央，U型夹持槽的侧面还设置有一突起的倒钩式卡接结构。
本实用新型的优点是：
1、结构简单、设计合理，可以降低内饰件模具复杂程度，便于制造，使用方便，有效降低成本；
2、内饰件安装牢固可靠，在使用过程中无异响和脱落，即使内饰件有轻微变形也不影响其安装可靠性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1-图3可知，本实用新型所述的本体上设置有U型夹持槽1结构，U型夹持槽1的侧面中空，末端为一钳式夹紧结构3，钳式夹紧结构3的末端保持在U型夹持槽1的中央，U型夹持槽1的侧面还设置有一突起的倒钩式卡接结构2。
本实用新型在采用传统U型夹持槽1结构和倒钩式卡接结构2相结合的夹紧方式外，增加了钳式夹紧结构3，与车体配合方式采用倒钩式卡接结构2，与内饰件配合采用U型夹持槽1结构与钳式夹紧结构3结合，保证连接的稳定可靠。
本实用新型在使用时U型夹持槽1结构与内饰件的柱状安装结构插接，为过盈配合；在内饰件柱状结构上开一个长方孔，使钳式夹紧结构3在方孔处钳紧，保证卡接结构与内饰件的牢固连接；本实用新型的倒钩式卡接结构2为一个突起结构，与车体的长圆孔或长方孔配合，保证与车体装配的牢固可靠，倒钩式卡接结构2的突起结构带有导向角度，便于与车体的装配。本实用新型的材料建议采用强度高金属材质，装配时先与内饰件装配成组件后，再与车体装配。
