背景技术
聚苯乙烯树脂是五种通用塑料之一，具有良好的机械性能和耐热性能，原料易得而且价格较低，因而在包装业得到了广泛的应用。通用聚苯乙烯制品透明，强度好，尺寸稳定性、电性能好，但质脆易裂、抗冲击性能差。为提高了聚苯乙烯的冲击强度，可通过在聚苯乙烯中添加聚丁基橡胶颗粒的办法生产获得抗冲击的聚苯乙烯产品，耐冲击性聚苯乙烯就是通过这种办法获得的。聚苯乙烯的抗冲击性能得到了提高，但由于加入的丁基橡胶颗粒透明性差，所以获得的耐冲击性聚苯乙烯制品透明度下降。如果能在提高聚苯乙烯抗冲击性能的同时，保持材料的透明性，则可以使材料获得更多的应用空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种食品包装用的高透高韧包装片材，该片材透明度高，抗冲击性能优异。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是高透高韧包装片材包括基材层和基材层上下表面上的增韧层，其中基材层是通用聚苯乙烯材料层，增韧层是丁苯透明抗冲树脂材料层。  
本实用新型的优点是通过多层复合的方式，利用增韧层丁苯透明抗冲树脂抗冲击性能优异，透明性好，与聚苯乙烯相容性好等优点，在提高聚苯乙烯抗冲击性能的同时，能保持材料的透明性。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，本实用新型为3层复合结构，利用多层共挤片材挤出机挤出片材，其中中间基材层1为通用通用聚苯乙烯树脂材料层。基材层1上下表面的增韧层2为丁苯透明抗冲树脂材料层。利用热成型机可将本实用新型吸塑成杯、盘、托等包装材料。
