本实用新型涉及复合膜技术领域,具体涉及一种可包装食品的耐热包装膜。
背景技术
目前,市场上大多数食品的包装膜结构为层状结构,由外至内依次为透明塑料层、印刷层、粘接层和隔阻层,隔阻层为聚乙烯和聚丙烯复合层。这种包装膜由于隔阻层为聚乙烯和聚丙烯材料,其耐热性及稳定性还存在一定的缺陷。另外,由于隔阻层为聚乙烯和聚丙烯复合层,因此,必须增加粘接层来增强包装膜的耐热性和稳定定,增加了包装膜的层状结构,增加了成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐热包装膜,该耐热包装膜具有较高的耐热性及热稳定性,阻隔性能好,可用于食品包装。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
耐热包装膜,由外向内包括透明塑料层、印刷层和隔阻层,所述隔阻层包括环烯烃共聚物层和热封层。
优选地,所述热封层为低密度聚乙烯层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
隔阻层为环烯烃共聚物层和热封层复合,增强包装膜的耐热性和热稳定性,使包装膜的隔阻性能好;同时,由于隔阻层中与印刷层接触的为环烯烃共聚物层,不必再增加粘接层,减少生产成本。

如图1所示,本实用新型的耐热包装膜为层状结构,可以采用现有普通的流延膜生产工艺制成,由外至内依次包括透明塑料层1、印刷层2和隔阻层,所述隔阻层包括环烯烃共聚物层31和热封层32。所述热封层32优选为低密度聚乙烯层。透明塑料层1的厚度为18~28um,印刷层2的厚度为15~20um,环烯烃共聚物层31的厚度为25~35um,热封层32的厚度为30~40um。
