本实用新型涉及一种电动轿车脚踏开关、特别是涉及一种使用霍尔元件构成的电动轿车脚踏开关。 
背景技术
现有电动轿车使用的脚踏刹车主要通过脚踏板刹车开关的接通或断开使刹车系统动作,脚踏板刹车开关本身输出电流只有电流接通或电流断开两种状态,其缺点是脚踏板刹车开关本身不能输出可调电流控制刹车强度。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种输出可调电流控制刹车强度的电动轿车脚踏开关。 
电动轿车脚踏开关主要使用脚踏板、固定套、转动套、扭转弹簧、底座、磁钢和霍尔元件构成脚踏开关。当用脚踏动脚踏板时,转动套内置磁钢转动,使得固定套内置霍尔元件感应磁场强度发生变化,导致霍尔元件输出大小不同的电流达到控制刹车强度的目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是在保持现有电动轿车脚踏板开关功能的同时,增加了随机输出可控电流的功能,并通过输出电流大小控制电动轿车刹车制动的强度。

具体实施方式
图1中脚踏板4固定在图3转动套上,当脚踏板4踩动时,图3转动套内置磁钢6移位使图2固定套内置霍尔元件5输出控制电流。当脚踏板4松开时,扭转弹簧3使转动套复位。脚踏开关可提供两路同步输出的控制电流,既能作为电动轿车的刹车开关或调速开关使用,也可以作为一种独立的电子器件用于其他相关的场合。

1.一种电动轿车脚踏板开关,其特征是用脚踏板、固定套、转动套、扭转弹簧、底座、磁钢和霍尔元件构成脚踏开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动轿车脚踏开关,其特征是脚踏板固定在转动套上,扭转弹簧通过转动套对脚踏开关复位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动轿车脚踏开关,其特征是在固定套内置霍尔元件,在转动套内置磁钢。
