本实用新型涉及油田采油领域压裂作业所需的固井滑套,尤其是分层压裂固井滑套。 
背景技术
在分支井等特殊井的混采分采、控水堵水、储层改造等施工作业过程中,需要对分支井不同储层进行分段压裂。施工过程中需要一种与封隔器配套使用、不影响后期管柱下入等施工作业的固井滑套。而现有固井滑套由于结构原因存在着可控性差的问题,开启压力过大,球座易落入井中,影响压裂效果。 
发明内容
为了解决现有固井滑套可控性差的问题。本实用新型提供一种分层压裂固井滑套。该分层压裂固井滑套具有可控性好,安全可靠,结构简单的特点。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:该分层压裂固井滑套包括上接头、下接头、球座以及滑套。上接头与下接头相连的腔壁上有外喷砂孔,球座通过销钉固定连接在上接头与下接头相连的腔内上部,球座上部壁上有与外喷砂孔相配的内喷砂孔,控制套连接在球座下端,控制套下端外置有卡簧,下接头下部内有与卡簧相配的卡槽。 
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该分层压裂固井滑套由于采用上接头与下接头相连的腔壁上有外喷砂孔,球座通过销钉上接头与下接头相连的腔内上部,球座上部壁上有与外喷砂孔相配的内喷砂孔,控制套连接在球座下端,控制套下端外置有卡簧,下接头下部内有与卡簧相配的卡槽的结构。利用控制套下的卡簧与下接头下的卡槽相配合,提高可控性,有效消除开启压力过大,球座易落入井中的现象,而且安全可靠,结构简单。所以说该分层压裂固井滑套具有可控性好,安全可靠,结构简单的特点。

由附图所示,该分层压裂固井滑套包括上接头1、下接头2、球座3以及控制套4。上接头1与上部套管相连,上接头1与下接头2相连,下接头2下部套管相连,上接头1与下接头2相连的腔壁上有外喷砂孔5,球座3通过销钉固定连接在上接头1与下接头2相连的腔内上部,球座3上部壁上有与外喷砂孔5相配的内喷砂孔6,控制套4连接在球座3下端,控制套4下端外置有卡簧7,下接头2下部内有与卡簧7相配的卡槽8,卡簧7与卡槽8的轴向距离等于外喷砂孔5与内喷砂孔6轴向距离。
实际使用过程: 
首先将该分层压裂固井滑套与分层压裂固井所需配套使用的工具串联后下入井中,下至目标层后,投球开泵打压,球座3被堵往,当压力升设计要求时,球座3受到轴向作用力将销钉剪断,球座3带着控制套4下行,当内喷砂孔6与外喷砂孔5对正时,喷砂开启,卡簧7进入卡槽8内,在卡簧7与卡槽8配合下,限制球座3的继续下行,即可正常压裂作业。

1.一种分层压裂固井滑套,包括上接头(1)、下接头(2)、球座(3)以及控制套(4),其特征在于:上接头(1)与下接头(2)相连的腔壁上有外喷砂孔(5),球座(3)通过销钉固定连接在上接头(1)与下接头(2)相连的腔内上部,球座(3)上部壁上有与外喷砂孔(5)相配的内喷砂孔(6),控制套(4)连接在球座(3)下端,控制套(4)下端外置有卡簧(7),下接头(2)下部内有与卡簧(7)相配的卡槽(8)。
