本公开涉及一种具有锁定构件以及阻尼器构件的门组件。更具体地,本公开涉及一种储冰盒的门,其中,锁定构件使门能够在使用期间保持在锁定的打开位置,并且,阻尼器构件使门能够没有冲击地、平稳地关闭。 
背景技术
传统的制冰机的储冰盒通常包括具有简单门销的门,这种门销不能在门处于打开位置时锁定门。相反,当从储冰盒中取冰的时候,打开储冰盒门的人必须用手保持门打开。 
此外,当人让储冰盒的门通过重力而自由关闭的时候,通常会对门及盒产生较大的冲击。这可能导致很响的噪音并且可能损坏储冰盒或门本身。 
因此,需要一种储冰盒门,其包括用于将门锁定在其打开位置的装置以及当关门时减小冲击的阻尼器。 
实用新型内容
本公开提供了一种门组件,其包括门、用于将门保持在打开位置的锁定构件以及用于使门能够平稳关闭并减少冲击的阻尼器构件。优选地,锁定构件以及阻尼器构件布置在门的相对的端部上。 
此外,该锁定构件包括用于锁定的套筒以及该套筒内部的枢轴,并且,该阻尼器构件包括使门能够在亚水平位置关闭的阻尼器。 
具体而言,根据本实用新型的一方面,本实用新型提供了一种门组 件,包括:门;铰链部分,所述铰链部分围绕所述门的一端布置,从而允许所述门在打开位置与关闭位置之间移动;锁定构件,所述锁定构件布置在所述铰链的第一铰链端上,其中,所述锁定构件允许所述铰链从所述打开位置移动至所述关闭位置,并且当处于所述打开位置时锁定所述门;以及阻尼器,所述阻尼器布置在所述铰链的第二铰链端,其中,当所述门从所述打开位置向所述关闭位置移动时,所述阻尼器提供阻力。 
根据本实用新型的以上方面,所述锁定构件包括:锁定托架、锁定盖、套筒以及枢轴,所述锁定盖附接于所述门的所述铰链部分,所述枢轴以可滑动的方式布置在套筒内。 
根据本实用新型的以上方面,所述阻尼器构件包括:阻尼器托架、阻尼器盖以及阻尼器,所述阻尼器盖附接于所述门的所述铰链部分。 
根据本实用新型的以上方面,所述门组件连接于盒。 
根据本实用新型的以上方面,所述盒是制冰机的储冰盒。

具体实施方式
参考图1及图2,示出为根据本公开的门组件10。门组件10包括附接有锁定构件20以及阻尼器构件25的门15。优选地,锁定构件20以及阻尼器构件25相对地布置在门上。如图3所示,门组件10可连接于盒30。盒30可以是诸如--但不限于--制冰机的储冰盒之类的任何存储式盒。 
门15是传统的用在储冰盒式设备上的门。优选地,与储冰盒一起使用的门15是内部具有泡沫材料的中空结构以提高热阻。此外,门15可被加重以便于关闭。在储冰盒的优选实施方式中,用户利用门15来取得内部的冰。通常,门15可具有用于用户抓握的第一端17以及用于朝向盒30的第二端18。如图1及图2中所示,优选地,第二端18具有铰链部分19。铰链部分19具有第一铰链端21以及第二铰链端22。 
图4是图1的区域A的放大图,示出了锁定构件20的细节。锁定构件20使用户能够将门15锁定在打开位置。优选地,将门15锁定在竖直的打开位置。因此,当从盒30中取出诸如冰的物品时,用户不需要用手握住门。因此,锁定构件20可防止门15撞击和损坏盒30。门组件10可能需要单个锁定机构30。为了实现这点,门15应当具有适合的重量以使单个锁定构件20能够将门15保持在锁定的打开位置。 
锁定构件20包括锁定托架40、锁定盖35、套筒45以及枢轴50。锁定托架40通过诸如--但不限于--螺钉、夹紧螺栓以及钉子之类的任何传统方法连接于储冰盒30。锁定盖35优选地在铰链部分19的第一铰链端21处连接于门15的第二端18。锁定盖35可通过诸如--但不限于--螺钉、夹紧螺栓以及钉子之类的任何传统方法连接。 
套筒45是具有至少一个孔47以及开口49的中空的圆筒形管。如图5所示,优选地,套筒45具有至少两对相对布置的孔47以及在这两对孔47之间的开口49。套筒45可由诸如--但不限于--金属、钢、塑料以及木头之类的任何耐用材料制成。优选地,套筒45由弹簧钢制成。如图4所示,套筒45能够以可滑动的方式布置在锁定盖35内。优 选地,开口49与锁定盖35内的脊或暗榫(未示出)相对应以将套筒45固定于锁定盖35。因此,这使得当用户打开或关闭门15时套筒45能够转动。 
枢轴50是具有第一枢轴端56以及第二枢轴端58的圆柱形管或杆。此外,枢轴50具有布置在其表面上的至少一个互锁凸出物52。如图6所示,优选地,至少两个球形凸出物52在枢轴50周围由弹簧致动(未示出)。枢轴50可由诸如--但不限于--金属、钢、塑料或木头之类的任何耐用材料制成。优选地,枢轴50由冷拔钢制成。优选地,凸出物52由钢制成,然而,它们可由诸如任意金属、塑料或木头之类的其它材料制成。 
如图4所示,枢轴50的尺寸设计成使其通过第一枢轴端56以可滑动的方式布置在套筒45内。当在凸出物52上施加压力时,弹簧收缩以使凸出物52能够在枢轴50内缩回至内缩位置。这为枢轴50提供了平滑的表面,从而使套筒45能够围绕枢轴50滑动和转动。枢轴50上的凸出物52与套筒45的孔47相对应,并且一旦正确地对齐,则弹簧伸长以将凸出物52重置到初始位置。 
枢轴50通过第二枢轴端58连接于锁定托架40。如图4及图6所示,优选地,第二枢轴端58具有枢轴脊54以与锁定托架40上的凹部(未示出)相对应。这样,枢轴50和套筒45布置在锁定托架40与锁定盖35之间。 
在使用中,当用户在第二端18处抬起门15时,套筒45随门15转动,同时枢轴50保持在适当位置。由于枢轴50连接于锁定托架40,所以枢轴50不转动。因此,当凸出物52在回缩位置时,套筒45围绕枢轴50转动。当门15达到预设的打开位置--优选地,竖直位置--时,弹簧伸长以使凸出物52伸到套筒45的孔47内。这将门15保持在锁定的打开位置,从而能够从储冰盒中取冰。 
当用户在第二端18处在门15上施加足够的压力时,再一次使凸出物52缩回至枢轴50内,从而使套筒45绕枢轴50自由转动,由此使门15能够通过重力返回至关闭位置。 
如图1及图2所示,门15还具有阻尼器构件25,阻尼器构件25在门15的第二端18上关于铰链部分19与锁定构件20相对布置。图7是 图2的区域B的放大图,示出了阻尼器构件25的细节。阻尼器构件25使用户能够平稳地关闭门15并减少对门15及储冰盒30的冲击。特别地,阻尼器构件25在门15上产生阻力,因此,消除了当允许门通过重力自由关闭时对储冰盒30的冲击。 
与锁定构件20相似,阻尼器构件25具有:连接于盒30的阻尼器托架60;以及阻尼器盖65,阻尼器盖65优选地在铰链部分19的第二铰链端22处连接于门15的第二端18。如图7所示,阻尼器构件25还包括具有第一阻尼器端部72以及第二阻尼器端部74的阻尼器70。 
第一阻尼器端部72可以以可滑动的方式布置在阻尼器盖65内。阻尼器70可连接于阻尼器托架60。如图7所示,优选地,第二阻尼器端部74具有与阻尼器托架60上的凹部(未示出)相对应的阻尼器脊76。这样,阻尼器70布置在阻尼器托架60与阻尼器盖65之间。阻尼器70可以是能够提供足够阻力以避免门15对盒30的冲击的任何传统阻尼器。 
此外,优选地,锁定构件20以及阻尼器构件25允许门15在打开的竖直位置完全打开,随后在亚水平位置完全关闭,如图8所示。 

Claims (5)

1.一种门组件,包括:
门;
铰链部分,所述铰链部分围绕所述门的一端布置,从而允许所述门在打开位置与关闭位置之间移动;
锁定构件,所述锁定构件布置在所述铰链的第一铰链端上,其中,所述锁定构件允许所述铰链从所述打开位置移动至所述关闭位置,并且当处于所述打开位置时锁定所述门;以及
阻尼器,所述阻尼器布置在所述铰链的第二铰链端,其中,当所述门从所述打开位置向所述关闭位置移动时,所述阻尼器提供阻力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中,所述锁定构件包括:锁定托架、锁定盖、套筒以及枢轴,所述锁定盖附接于所述门的所述铰链部分,所述枢轴以可滑动的方式布置在所述套筒内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中,所述阻尼器构件包括:阻尼器托架、阻尼器盖以及阻尼器,所述阻尼器盖附接于所述门的所述铰链部分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中,所述门组件连接于盒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的门组件,其中,所述盒是制冰机的储冰盒。
