本实用新型属于除尘管道领域,特别涉及一种便于清灰的矿焦槽返焦返矿除尘管道。
背景技术
炼铁厂矿焦槽除尘管道是返焦返矿除尘的重要通道。由于原设计矿焦槽除尘管道的管径较小,致使风量不均衡,从而经常造成除尘管道集灰堵塞现象。因除尘管道是封闭的,无法对堵灰部位及堵塞程度进行检查,更无法对堵灰进行及时清理。而一旦堵灰处理不及时,就会造成灰尘大量外溢,不仅严重污染环境,而且直接影响矿焦粉的回收。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单,可减少管道堵灰,避免灰尘外溢和环境污染的便于清灰的矿焦槽除尘管道。
本实用新型所采取的解决方案为:
一种便于清灰的矿焦槽除尘管道,其特征是,在容易堵灰处的除尘管道侧面切割一开口,开口上安装有活门,活门通过压板压靠在除尘管道上。
    所述活门上安设有密封胶皮。
所述开口为正方形,边长为200-250mm。

由于在经常出现堵灰的除尘管道上设有开口和活门,十分方便有关人员对除尘管道堵灰情况进行随时检查,发现堵灰也可及时加以处理,从而避免除尘管道堵灰现象,不仅减少灰尘外溢造成的环境污染,而且每个吸尘点可多回收矿焦粉5吨以上。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图和实施例对本实用新型加以具体说明。
首先,在容易堵灰处(大多为除尘管道1的弯折处)的除尘管道1的侧面用气焊切割出一个200×200mm的正方形开口;其次,用钢板制作一扇220×220mm的活门2,并在活门2里面镶装上密封胶皮4。然后,在除尘管道1方形开口的一侧活动连接一压板3,利用压板3将活门2压紧锁定在除尘管道1的外壁上。
