本实用新型属于柔性印刷电路领域,涉及一种具有防止管位孔易被撕裂的柔性印刷线路板。
背景技术
现有的柔性印刷线路板,如图1所示,FPC模组板上有两个管位孔。因为管位孔基材周边没有有效铜箔,做螺丝定位时板子很容易在受到外力时将孔撕破而失去管位孔的功能。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种既能满足线路板电气性能,且其管位孔具有很强定位性能及管位效果的柔性印刷线路板。
实用新型的技术解决方案如下:
一种具有防止管位孔易被撕裂的柔性印刷线路板,板上有两个管位孔,管位孔处基材周边有有效铜箔,有效铜箔添加于自线路板上层线路及下层线路铜层相对应管位孔位置距孔边缘0.3mm范围到各孔外围线边【各孔外围线边即柔性印刷线路板的最外围线边,这里指有效铜箔的范围在柔性印刷线路板的最外围线边到离定位孔边缘的0.3mm处】。
有益效果:
本实用新型中,上层线路及下层线路铜层相对应管位孔位置距孔边缘0.3mm范围内,加上有效铜箔到各孔外围线边,能增加孔边的韧性,加强管位孔的定位性能及管位效果。

如图2所示,上层线路及下层线路铜层相对应管位孔位置距孔边缘0.3mm范围内,加上有效铜箔到各孔外围线边,不会影响该板的电气性能,并能达到增加孔边的韧性,加强定位孔的定位性能及管位效果。
