背景技术
由于水泥生产行业所使用的新型第四代篦冷机中所用的篦床上推料棒上的固定压块的固定方法是斜铁加销钉。这种设计,从理念上看是采用了双重的固定保险方式。但是,在实际的生产过程当中由于推料棒不间断地进行往复式运动和篦床上料层的复杂状况,会使销钉松动导致斜铁滑落,压块也就相应地松动了,紧跟着严重的漏料情况也出现了。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种大大减低了压块因斜铁脱落而造成松动的篦床推料棒上的压块固定结构。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种篦床推料棒上的压块固定结构,包括驱动板,压块,其主要技术特征是压块上设有容纳螺母的凹孔,压块螺杆穿过螺母和压块固定在驱动板上;

驱动板上;螺母为六方螺母,以防止螺母松动。螺杆焊接在驱动板凹槽里。本实用新型将驱动板上的凸块改为大直径的螺杆,压块上的销钉孔扩大为穿过螺杆孔径和容下螺母的沉头凹孔。它直接将M30的螺杆和螺母作用在压块上,达到固定压块的目的。
