本实用新型公示一种供暖分户三通管,用于供暖热水管道中,能使主管道和分户支管道的热水分流量合理,改变楼房高层和低层散热量相差悬殊,采暖效果不好的缺点;是由主变径管(1)、支弯管(2)和两处焊点(3)组成,和供暖主管道结合方式有焊接式和管螺纹式;其效果:供暖热水分流合理,又有变径功能,一件两用。

Description

供暖分户三通管
(一)技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种供暖分户三通管,用于供暖热水管道中,能使主管道和分户支管道的热水分流量合理,又能变径的一种新型三通管接头。 
(二)背景技术:在现有的产品中,三通管接头的主管内径和支管内径都是直角的。应用时热水分流量不合理,由于热水的冲力和重力的作用,大部分的热水流向主管道,而流向支管道的热水很少。造成楼房高层和低层的散热量相差悬殊,出现采暖效果不好的缺点。 
(三)发明内容:为了做到楼房高层和低层的热水分流量相同或相近,使供暖效果相同,提供一种使热水分流量合理又能变径的新型三通管接头。 
其结构简单 
1、将两种口径的无缝原料长管、按相应的长度切断,成为主直管和支直管坯料。 
2、将主直管坯料用热胀方法、扩制成变径圆形管。 
3、将变径圆形管两端再加工成焊接坡口或管螺纹。 
4、在变径圆形管中部外壁上钻一个径向的通孔,形成主变径管(1)。 
5、把支直管坯料的一端加工成斜面口,另一端加工成管螺纹。 
6、把支直管用热煨方法加工成弯管,形成支弯管(2)。 
7、把支弯管有斜面口的一端,插入主变径管中部的孔内,将(1)和(2)两件焊接一体,形成内外两处焊点(3)。 
其效果:供水分流量趋于合理,采暖效果变好,又有变径作用,一件两用。

L4是主变径管螺纹的长度。(螺纹式) 
α°是支弯管弯角度。 
R是支弯管弯半径。

1.一种供暖分户三通管,是在现有三通管接头的基础上加以改制,其特征:是由主变径管(1)、支弯管(2)和两处焊接点(3)组成,与主管道连接方式有焊接式和管螺纹式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的供暖分户三通管,其特征:所述的主变径管(1),是一段两端口内径不同的变径圆形管,两端加工成焊接坡口或管螺纹,中部外壁上钻一个径向通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的供暖分户三通管,其特征:所述的支弯管(2),是一段弯管,一端加工成斜面口,另一端加工成管螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的供暖分户三通管,其特征:所述的两处焊点(3),是支弯管(2)主变径管(1)两件装配后的内外焊接点。
