背景技术
目前，法兰闸阀在石油、化工、制药、化肥、电力行业、矿山等各种工况的管路上广泛应用，在使用过程中，由于自然条件与日常操作中，容易出现阀芯损坏的现象，造成关闭不到位，密封不严，影响正常使用。

根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种解决了上述缺陷的，提高了密封效果的法兰闸阀用密封装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种法兰闸阀用密封装置，包括闸阀壳体和设在闸阀壳体上的闸阀座，闸阀座内设有丝杠，丝杠的一端连接手轮，其特征在于：丝杠的另一端焊接有铁制闸板，铁制闸板两侧的闸阀壳体内壁上设有密封圈。
密封圈采用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐压的橡胶制成。
将原有的阀芯更换为铁制闸板，并在两侧配置密封圈，提高了密封效果，且增加了强度，不易损坏，提高了使用寿命。
使用时，通过转动手轮带动丝杠，控制铁制闸板的开启或关闭，关闭状态时，设置的密封圈可以增加密封效果，避免了漏水现象。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：法兰闸阀用密封装置通过将原有的阀芯更换为铁制闸板，并在两侧配置密封圈，提高了密封效果，且增加了强度，不易损坏，提高了使用寿命。

如图1所示，法兰闸阀用密封装置包括闸阀壳体1和设在闸阀壳体1上的闸阀座2，闸阀座2内设有丝杠3，丝杠3的一端连接手轮4，丝杠3的另一端焊接有铁制闸板5，铁制闸板5两侧的闸阀壳体1内壁上设有密封圈6。
使用时，通过转动手轮4带动丝杠3，控制铁制闸板5的开启或关闭，关闭状态时，设置的密封圈6可以增加密封效果，避免了漏水现象。
