Abstract
本实用新型涉及到一种单向自动井口阀门，是一种应用在石油工业的油、气生产中与输送管道配合的专用生产工具。主要包括内通管和防漏垫圈，内通管和防漏垫圈通过螺纹连接旋合在外套筒上，导向块与内通管相连接，导向块内的滑道上固定有活塞挡块，活塞挡块底端为磁力垫圈。本实用新型具有出油效率高，可有效的防止原油倒流，结构简单，拆装、使用方便等优点，是一种理想的石油机械。

本实用新型涉及到一种单向自动井口阀门，是一种应用在石油工业的油、气生产中与输送管道配合的专用生产工具，属于石油机械领域。
背景技术
井口阀门是用于连接油田井口装置与输油管线，防止已抽出井外的原油倒流的一种单向阀门。目前所使用的阀门内部活塞挡块大多是依靠重力导向，在倾斜或者水平安装时内部活塞挡块无法回到密封位置上去，会使原油或气体倒流，造成不必要的浪费；活塞内部导流口口径小，影响出油效率；而且是由多个螺纹部件旋合组成，拆装麻烦，不易维修。所以能够设计一种出油效率高，可防止原油倒流并且拆装，维修容易的单向自动井口阀门是非常必要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种设计合理，可以有效的提高出油效率，防止原油倒流且拆装容易，维修方便的单向自动井口阀门。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：本实用新型包括内通管和防漏垫圈，内通管和防漏垫圈通过螺纹连接旋合在外套筒上，导向块与内通管相连接，导向块内的滑道上固定有活塞挡块，活塞挡块底端为磁力垫圈。
本实用新型具有出油效率高，可有效的防止原油倒流，结构简单，拆装、使用方便等优点，是一种理想的石油机械。

具体实施方式
参照附图，内通管1和防漏垫圈2通过螺纹连接旋合在外套筒3上，导向块4与内通管1相连接，导向块4内的滑道上固定有活塞挡块5，磁力垫圈6通过磁力和活塞挡块5吸附在一起。
本实用新型的工作原理是：在使用前，磁力垫圈6通过磁力和活塞挡块5是吸附在一起的，当原油或者气体流入时，通过压力作用，将吸附在磁力垫圈6上的活塞挡块5推开，活塞挡块5在导向块4内的滑道上以垂直于磁力垫圈6的方向移动，当原油或者气体反向流入时，活塞挡块5受到反向的压力作用和磁力垫圈6的磁力作用，会和磁力垫圈6吸附在一起，将导流口封闭，从而杜绝原油或者气体倒流，以此减少不必要的损耗，即使是水平安装，在导向块4内滑道的作用下此阀门也可正常工作。
以上设计具有具有出油效率高，可有效的防止原油倒流，结构简单，拆装、使用方便等优点，是一种理想的石油机械。

1.一种单向自动井口阀门，其特征在于：包括内通管和防漏垫圈，内通管和防漏垫圈通过螺纹连接旋合在外套筒上，导向块与内通管相连接，导向块内的滑道上固定有活塞挡块，活塞挡块底端为磁力垫圈。
