在现有技术中，滚珠高速电主轴用的铝水套组件，结构复杂，不利于主轴散热，安装不方便，功能单一，装配精度不容易把握，而且使用寿命短，需要频繁更换等缺点。 
发明内容
本实用新型涉及一种滚珠高速主轴的铝水套组件，它结构简单、紧凑，安装方便，散热效率高，功能多，能保证装配精度，便于推广及应用。 
本实用新型技术解决方案是包括了轴承座（3），轴承座（3）的凸出部密封圈（4），轴承座（3）上正中部设有轴向贯通的活塞孔（2），活塞孔（2）的内壁设有活塞密封圈（6），轴承座（3）底部的定位台阶（8），轴承座（3）内部的铝水套内腔（7），轴承座（3）上的外环壁还包括有气缸拉刀孔（1）、卸刀吹尘孔（5）、冷却液进出孔（9）、润滑油回收孔（10）、上轴承润滑油进气孔（11）、电源线安装孔（12）、气缸安装连接孔（13）、地线连接位（14）、气封孔（15）、下轴承润滑油进气孔（16）和铝水套安装孔（17）。 
本实用新型作为冷却液、气体及电源线的进出安装位；其上还用于固定气缸，下连接轴承座及机体，是电主轴的连接枢纽。

根据图1及图2所示，本实用新型包括了轴承座3，轴承座3的凸出部密封圈4，轴承座3上正中部设有轴向贯通的活塞孔2，活塞孔2的内壁设有活塞密封圈6，轴承座3底部的定位台阶8，轴承座3内部的铝水套内腔7，轴承座3上的外环壁还包括有气缸拉刀孔1、卸刀吹尘孔5、冷却液进出孔9、润滑油回收孔10、上轴承润滑油进气孔11、电源线安装孔12、气缸安装连接孔13、地线连接位14、气封孔15、下轴承润滑油进气孔16和铝水套安装孔17。
