在现有技术中，单焊缝方矩管的合缝机包括有：上下、左右分别对称的四列辊子，辊子均安装在活动支架上。使用时，未合缝的方矩管进入到四列辊子中间，由于四列辊子自进口端到出口端的间距由大逐渐变小，这样，方矩管在缓缓经过四列辊子过程中，就会将方矩管单焊缝挤压合缝。这种合缝机存在以下不足：方矩管在四列辊子中间徐徐行进中，由于缺少导向稳定装置，造成管子偏离或扭转，使得管子行进不平稳，合缝效果差。

本实用新型之目的，在于克服现有技术上述之不足，提供一种改进的方矩管单焊缝合缝机，其结构简单，操作方便，使用效果好。
为达到上述之目的，本实用新型采取以下的技术方案：本实用新型包括有：上下、左右分别对称的四列辊子，辊子均安装在活动支架上，其特征在于：在四列辊子进口端的上方辊子上设有环绕辊子的导向凸起带。
