背景技术
现有的小型水管锅炉存在烟气流程短,制作复杂的问题,导致热能利用率低,煤炭消耗大,生产成本高,缺乏市场竞争力。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的燃煤热水锅炉,其结构简单合理,既能延长烟道的长度,提高吸热效率,又能降低制造成本。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种改进的燃煤热水锅炉,包括水套炉体,水套炉体内竖直间隔设置着若干根循环吸热管,吸热管的上端与水套炉体的顶面相连通,吸热管的下端与水套炉体的下部相连通,吸热管与水套炉体之间构成环形水循环通道;吸热管之间连接着挡板构成炉膛,挡板顶面与水套炉体顶面之间留有间隙,吸热管与水套炉体内壁之间构成出烟通道,炉膛底部设置着炉箅,炉箅下方的炉膛底面下连接着一进风室,进风室位于水套炉体底部的下烟室内,出烟通道下部与下烟室相连通,下烟室的后部连接着烟囱。 
本实用新型使用时,炉膛内的煤炭燃烧产生的高温烟气从上到下翻折进入所说的出烟通道内,继而进入下烟室,预热进风室内的空气,进一步利用了烟气余热,提高了热效率,因为利用吸热管与挡板围成炉膛,使得制作相对简单,降低了制造成本。本实用新型结构简单合理,延长了烟道的长度,提高了吸热效率,降低了煤炭消耗。

具体实施方式
一种改进的燃煤热水锅炉,如图1、图2所示,包括水套炉体1,水套炉体1内竖直间隔设置着若干根循环吸热管2,吸热管2的上端与水套炉体1的顶面相连通,吸热管2的下端与水套炉体1的下部相连通,吸热管2与水套炉体1之间构成环形水循环通道。吸热管2之间连接着挡板3构成炉膛4,挡板3顶面与水套炉体1顶面之间留有间隙,吸热管2与水套炉体1内壁之间构成出烟通道。炉膛4底部设置着炉箅5,炉箅5下方的炉膛底面下连接着一进风室6,进风室6位于水套炉体1底部的下烟室7内,即进风室6的底面与下烟室7的底面之间留有间隙,这样进入下烟室7内的高温烟气能够预热进风室6内的空气,进一步提高热能利用率。出烟通道下部与下烟室7相连通,下烟室7的后部连接着烟囱8。在出烟通道上部与烟囱8之间水平设置着短路烟道9,用以对采暖的高效率与排烟的顺畅性进行选择。本实用新型结构简单合理,既延长了烟道的长度,提高了吸热效率,又降低了制造成本。

1.一种改进的燃煤热水锅炉,包括水套炉体,其特征是:水套炉体内竖直间隔设置着若干根循环吸热管,吸热管的上端与水套炉体的顶面相连通,吸热管的下端与水套炉体的下部相连通,吸热管与水套炉体之间构成环形水循环通道;吸热管之间连接着挡板构成炉膛,挡板顶面与水套炉体顶面之间留有间隙,吸热管与水套炉体内壁之间构成出烟通道,炉膛底部设置着炉箅,炉箅下方的炉膛底面下连接着一进风室,进风室位于水套炉体底部的下烟室内,出烟通道下部与下烟室相连通,下烟室的后部连接着烟囱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的燃煤热水锅炉,其特征是:在出烟通道上部与烟囱之间水平设置着短路烟道。
