26层竹木混合重组材高强度集装箱底板,涉及竹木重组材板结构。包括纵向木板层、横向木板层、纵向竹材长帘层、横向竹材长帘层、竹席子层、浸渍纸层,相邻层间都粘贴有胶粘结层,其特征在于:层次结构为:以中层两层纵向竹材长帘层为基准,上下对称依次分布有一层横向木板层、两层纵向竹材长帘层、一层横向竹材短帘层、两层纵向竹材长帘层、一层横向木板层、两层纵向竹材长帘层、一层纵向木板层、一层竹席子层、一层浸渍纸层。优点在于:增加纵向竹材长帘层,本结构为双数层打破原有单数层结构概念,充分发挥竹材的柔韧性,大大提高板材静曲强度,层数的增加可以提高板的平整度。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及竹木重组材板结构。 
背景技术:
集装箱底板由竹重材组成,即将竹子破片后用绳子将竹片编织成竹帘,而后竹帘浸胶在热压机模具腔内纵横向竹帘相间交错叠层热压而成,形成纵横向竹帘相间层次结构,在相邻层次间都附有胶粘结层,而后在上下表面层上胶结有普通纸质贴面层。对于载重大的集装箱底板,这种纯竹重组材底板强度指标略显不够,因而竹木混合重组板材应运而生。 
竹木混合重组材板是在竹重组材叠层中插入若干层松木或杂木板层,现有19层竹木混合重组材集装箱板由7~9层纵、横向松木或桉木板层、8~6纵向竹材长帘层、横向竹材短帘层交错叠合而成,两端面依次再叠合有竹席子层、浸渍纸层,相邻层间都贴合有胶粘结层,组成长×宽为2.4×1.16米尺寸左右横截面的集装箱底板。纵向木板层为若干全长整条的纵向木板横向紧贴拼接而成;横向木板层为若干横向木板紧贴拼排而成;纵向竹材长帘层指若干平行竹长条片用细绳横向系绑组成竹帘状片材;横向竹材短帘层指若干平行竹条片用细绳横向系绑组成竹帘状片材,在层叠时其竹纤维方向与纵向竹材长帘层竹纤维方向互为垂直;竹席子层为纵、横向竹条片交错编织而成,其作用在于使层叠层外表面较为平整,保证外贴的浸渍层的平整性。 
19层集装箱板缺陷在于:木板层数量多,木板与竹材之间的胶合强度不如竹材与竹材之间的胶合强度,因此胶合强度稳定性差。纵横向强度不够,不能确保通过集装箱底板试验压力要求。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种26层竹木混合重组材高强度集装箱底板。 
本实用新型的方案是:包括纵向木板层、横向木板层、纵向竹材长帘层、横向竹材短帘层、竹席子层、浸渍纸层,相邻层间都粘贴有胶粘结层,其特征在于:层次结构为:以中层两层纵向竹材长帘层为基准,上下对称依次分布有一层横向木板层、两层纵向竹材长帘层、一层横向竹材短帘层、两层纵向竹材长帘层、一层横向木板层、两层纵向竹材长帘层、一层纵向木板层、一层竹席子层、一层浸渍纸层。 
本实用新型的优点在于:增加纵向竹材长帘层,本结构为双数层打破原有单数层结构概念,充分发挥竹材的柔韧性,大大提高板材静曲强度,层数的增加可以提高板的平整度。

具体实施方式:

其胶合工艺是各层板浸胶后放在压板机上压合成坯料,再行修整成板。 
在成本增加不多的情况下,纵横向强度有明显的提高,纵向达11000Mpa,横向达5000Mpa以上。
