Abstract
本实用新型是揭露一种包材楞向改良结构,其包含一包材本体,包材本体包含一第一板材、一第二板材及设置于第一板材及第二板材间之一芯层。芯层是由多个楞段构成一波形状的板材,楞段的走向定义为楞向。包材本体的大多数的边与楞向的夹角为非平行亦非垂直。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种包材楞向改良结构,特别是有关于一种对瓦楞纸板以45度斜向方式进行裁切,以改变瓦楞纸板的边与楞向所形成的夹角,来增强瓦楞纸结构强度的包材楞向改良结构。
背景技术
目前,随着人们环保意识的增强及市场竞争下,环保包装材料的研究和开发越来越得到社会重视。近年来,大批量货物、商品的包装、运输等,已由传统的木箱或塑料箱逐渐改为成本较低的瓦楞纸箱来代替。其原因在于木箱的成本较高、重量较重等,而塑料箱会有环保、废弃等的问题。
瓦楞纸板是由面纸、里纸、芯纸及加工成波形瓦楞的瓦楞纸通过粘合而成,其具有硬度强、强度高、重量轻、成本低、便于印刷等优点,同时抗压性能佳,并可提供优良缓冲力,因而为包装工业中广泛应用的包装材料。
而目前一般经由裁切以形成一形状的瓦楞纸板,其裁切方式皆是以垂直或平行瓦楞纸的楞向的方式来进行裁切,如图1所示,其是为现有技术的瓦楞纸板的第一示意图。图中,瓦楞纸板100经由裁切之后,其与主要压痕线101平行的主边102与楞向103的夹角是呈90度。瓦楞纸板100中的插入片104的各边与楞向103的夹角是呈90度或180度。以此形式进行裁切的瓦楞纸板100,当使用过一段时间后,与楞向103呈平行的边的部分纸张容易损坏,如果要与嵌合槽105进行插接的插入片104的边与楞向103的夹角是为平行时,纸张损坏的问题更是严重,如图2所示。
由于上述问题,本实用新型提出一种有别于现有技术的切裁方式,是以45度角方向进行切裁,以改变瓦楞纸板的楞向与各边所形成的夹角,以增强瓦楞纸板的结构,使其纸张不易分离损坏。
实用新型内容
有鉴于上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的其中一目的就是在提供一种包材楞向改良结构,以解决现有技术瓦楞纸板楞向与边的夹角平行或垂直时,所造成上下板材容易分离的问题。
根据本实用新型的目的,提出一种包材楞向改良结构,其包含一包材本体,包材本体包含一第一板材、一第二板材及粘合夹设于第一板材及第二板材间的一芯层。芯层是由多个楞段构成一波形状的板材,多个楞段的走向是定义为一楞向。其中,包材本体的周缘有多个边,多个边中,与楞向的夹角既非平行亦非垂直的边长总和,大于与楞向的夹角为平行或垂直的边长总和。
其中,与楞向的夹角既非平行亦非垂直的边长总合是为多个边中大多数边的边长总合,与楞向的夹角为平行或垂直的边长总合是为少数边的边长总合。
其中,多个边与楞向的夹角,既非平行又非垂直。
其中,多个边与楞向的夹角进一步为45度。
其中,与楞向非平行亦非垂直的夹角为15度至75度之间。
其中,与楞向非平行亦非垂直的夹角进一步为25度至65度之间。
其中,与楞向非平行亦非垂直的夹角进一步为35度至55度之间。
其中,与楞向非平行亦非垂直的夹角进一步为45度。
其中,包材本体还具有多个插入片,多个插入片的各边与楞向既非平行亦非垂直。
其中,包材本体具有多个压痕线,多个压痕线中具有长、宽或高之尺寸最长的一主要压痕线,与主要压痕线平行的边与楞向的夹角既非平行亦非垂直。
其中,波形状是为正弦波状、方型波状或三角波状。
综上所述,本实用新型的包材楞向改良结构,经由改变裁切的角度使瓦楞纸板的楞向与边的夹角不为平行也不为垂直,可有效的增强瓦楞纸板的结构,在长期使用下,瓦楞纸板之纸张不易分离损坏。

具体实施方式
以下将参照相关附图,说明依本实用新型的包材楞向改良结构,为使便于理解,下述实施例中的相同组件是以相同的符号标示来说明。
请参阅图3、图4及5图,其为本实用新型的包材楞向改良结构的第一实施例的第一示意图、第二示意图及第三示意图。其中,包材本体200包含了第一板材201、第二板材202芯层203。芯层203是粘合夹设在第一板材201及第二板材202之间。芯层203是由多个楞段构成波形状的板材,其波形状可为正弦波状、方型波状或三角波状,多个楞段的走向则可定义为楞向206。包材本体200具有多个压痕线204,压痕线204中具有一长度最长的主要压痕线204-1,而包材本体200周缘的边长中,有一长度最长且与主要压痕线204-1平行的主边205。在包材本体200左右两侧具有插入片207与嵌合槽208,包材本体200可通过插入片207与嵌合槽208相互卡接成为一箱体。
第一实施例中,包材本体200是经由45度裁切后形成的瓦楞纸板,由图4可看出,经过45度裁切之后的包材本体200,主边205与楞向206的夹角不为平行也不为垂直。插入片207周缘的边与楞向206的夹角也不为平行也不为垂直。包材本体200的其它的各边与楞向206的夹角也既非平行亦非垂直。上述中,包材本体200周缘的各边与楞向206的较佳的夹角为15度到75度之间,更佳为30度到60度之间,最佳为45度。
第一实施例中,经过45度裁切成形的包材本体200,其各边与楞向206的角度既非平行亦非垂直,可加强包材本体200的结构,使包材本体200周缘的边的部份的纸张不易分离损坏,尤其是长期使用插入片207与嵌合槽208接合时,插入片207边缘的纸张也不易分离损坏,如图5所示。
请参阅图6,其为本实用新型的包材楞向改良结构的第二实施例的示意图。图中,瓦楞纸板300是经由45度斜向裁切成形的。此瓦楞纸板300亦是由上板材、波形状瓦楞板材及下板材所组成。瓦楞板材其楞段的走向即为楞向301。从图6中可看出,经由45度斜向裁切的瓦楞纸板300,其周缘大多数的边与楞向301的夹角不为平行亦不为垂直,仅有少数边302与楞向301的夹角是呈平行的,因此,与楞向301的夹角既非平行亦非垂直的大多数边的边长总合,大于少数边302的边长总合。上述中,与楞向301夹角既非平行亦非垂直的各边,其较佳的夹角角度为15度~75度,更佳为30度~60度,最佳为45度。
在第二实施例中,仅管有少数边302与楞向301的夹角是呈平行,但瓦楞纸板300大多数的边,与楞向301的夹角都是非平行亦非垂直。因此,在使用上,瓦楞纸板300的纸板结构依然是坚固且不易损坏。
请参阅图7a及图7b,其是为本实用新型的包材楞向改良结构的第三实施例的第一示意图及第二示意图。图7a是瓦楞纸板400尚未裁切下来的图示,故以虚线部分表示瓦楞纸板400。从图7a可看出最一开始的板材是方型的,且板材的各边与楞向401的之夹角是为平行或是垂直。现有技术通常是将板材以平行或垂直楞向401的方式来进行裁切,但本实用新型则是以斜向45度的方式对板材进行裁切动作以形成本实施例中的瓦楞纸板400。
由图7b可看出,经过45度裁切方式下来的瓦楞纸板400,其各边与楞向401的夹角不为平行也不为垂直。以此方式来进行裁切动作,主要是为了加强瓦楞纸板400的结构,让瓦楞纸板400在长期使用下,其边边角角的纸张不易分离损坏。
综上所述,本实用新型的包材楞向改良结构是打破现有技术裁切瓦楞纸板既有的知识,以一种45度斜向裁切方式对瓦楞纸板进行裁切动作,可使瓦楞纸板的边及角周缘不易分离损坏。在长期使用瓦楞纸板的插入片与嵌合槽进行结合时,更能看到其效果。
以上所述仅为举例性,而非为限制性。任何未脱离本实用新型的精神与范畴,而对其进行等效修改或变更,均应包含于本实用新型的权利要求中。
Claims (11)
1.一种包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,其包含一包材本体,该包材本体包含一第一板材、一第二板材及粘合夹设于该第一板材及该第二板材之间之一芯层,该芯层是为由多个楞段构成一波形状的板材,该多个楞段的走向定义为一楞向;其中,该包材本体的周缘界定有多个边,该多个边中,与该楞向的夹角既非平行亦非垂直的边长总合大于与该楞向的夹角为平行或垂直的边长总合。
2.如权利要求1所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,与该楞向的夹角既非平行亦非垂直的边长总合为该多个边中大多数边的边长总合,与该楞向的夹角为平行或垂直的边长总合为该多个边中少数边的边长总合。
3.如权利要求1所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,该多个边与该楞向的夹角,皆非平行亦非垂直。
4.如权利要求3所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,该多个边与该楞向的夹角进一步为45度。
5.如权利要求1所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,与该楞向非平行亦非垂直的夹角为15度至75度之间。
6.如权利要求5的所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,与该楞向非平行亦非垂直的夹角进一步为25度至65度之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,与该楞向非平行亦非垂直的夹角进一步为35度至55度之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,与该楞向非平行亦非垂直的夹角进一步为45度。
9.如权利要求1所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,该包材本体还具有多个插入片,该多个插入片的各边与该楞向的夹角既非平行亦非垂直。
10.如权利要求1所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,该包材本体具有多个压痕线,该多个压痕线中具有长、宽或高的尺寸最长的一主要压痕线,与该主要压痕线平行的边与该楞向的夹角既非平行亦非垂直。
11.如权利要求1所述的包材楞向改良结构,其特征在于,该波形状为正弦波状、方型波状或三角波状。
