二、背景技术
现有的蒸层，用于蒸炖食品时，蒸汽冷凝的回水会滴落到蒸层下层蒸炖的食品器皿内，致使下层蒸炖的米饭变稀，汤水增多无味，菜肴变成了汤水。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要解决上述现有存在的缺点和不足，提供一种有效防止蒸汽凝水滴落到下层器皿内食品的防凝水蒸层。
本实用新型是通过以下措施来达到：在蒸层的底面设置底面层和反扁V层。当蒸层的底面层蒸汽凝结回水落下时，蒸汽凝水顺着反扁V层流向边缘的通气流水孔，滴落到下层蒸层、蒸锅的边缘，防止凝水直接流落到下层的食品中，又增加了蒸锅内的水分。

五、具体实施方法
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，一种防凝水蒸层，其蒸层(1)底层设置底面层(2)和反扁V层(4)。底面层(2)为平面形，其中设置通气孔(3)；反扁V层(4)为反扁V状，在反扁V层(4)高横处两边设置通气孔(3)，在反扁V层(4)底处边缘对称处设置通气流水孔(5)。
当蒸层内的蒸汽凝水由底面层(2)滴落下层时，通过反扁V层(4)分流至通气流水孔(5)，滴落至下层蒸层、蒸锅的边缘，防止凝水滴落盛食品的器皿内，又增加了蒸锅内的水分。

1.一种防凝水蒸层，其特征在于：在蒸层的底面设置底面层(1)和反扁V层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防凝水蒸层，其特征在于：所述的反扁V层(4)为反扁V状，在反扁V层(4)高横处两边设置通气孔(3)，在反扁V层(4)底处边缘对称处设置通气流水孔(5)。
