本实用新型涉及一种胶膜,具体是涉及一种用于太阳能电池封装的EVA胶膜。它包括胶膜本体(1),其特征在于:所述胶膜本体(1)一面为光滑面,另一面上设置有四棱台形状的凸纹(2),所述凸纹(2)的目数为150~220目,深度为20~100μm。本实用新型一种单面四棱台太阳能电池封装胶膜,其胶膜本体一面为光滑面,另一面上设置有四棱台形状的凸纹,胶膜层与层之间不易粘连,产品成本较低,裁切使用较方便,相邻凸纹周围全部贯通,在层压抽真空时可形成排气通道,使组件里的空气能够顺畅排出,减少组件因排气不好而出现气泡的可能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种胶膜,具体是涉及一种用于太阳能电池封装的EVA胶膜。 
背景技术
目前,太阳能电池大量使用EVA(聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂)胶膜作为封装材料。EVA作为太阳能电池封装胶膜,一般选用VA含量在28%~34%的EVA,其熔点在65℃左右,因此在常温下易软化并相互间发生粘连。早期的EVA封装胶膜大都为平面膜,即EVA的上下两面都为光滑面。考虑到平面膜层与层之间粘连情况比较严重,后来采用在收卷时将EVA的层与层之间衬上纸的办法解决了粘连问题,但此方法不但增加了生产成本,也给使用过程中的裁切带来了不便,且平面膜不利于组件在层压过程中的排气,导致组件内部容易出现气泡。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种单面四棱台太阳能电池封装胶膜,其成本较低、裁切较方便、组件内部不易出现气泡,并且胶膜层与层之间不易产生粘连。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种单面四棱台太阳能电池封装胶膜,它包括胶膜本体,其特点是:所述胶膜本体一面为光滑面,另一面上设置有四棱台形状的凸纹。
所述凸纹的目数为150~220目,深度为20~100μm。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型一种单面四棱台太阳能电池封装胶膜,其胶膜本体一面为光滑面,另一面上设置有四棱台形状的凸纹,胶膜层与层之间不易粘连,产品成本较低,裁切使用较方便,相邻凸纹周围全部贯通,在层压抽真空时可形成排气通道,使组件里的空气能够顺畅排出,减少组件因排气不好而出现气泡的可能。
