本实用新型公开了一种带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的EVA片材,其以EVA材料作为基材,在所述基材的一侧面上设有薄膜层,所述薄膜层背向所述基材的侧面上设有PU泡沫层。将EVA材料与聚氨酯弹性体材料通过高温高压共挤熔合于一体,形成的材料层之间的粘结力很大、密不可分;且聚氨酯弹性体材料与后续发泡用的PU发泡材料之间有很好的相容性,两者之间能紧密粘结,进而PU发泡材料便可通过聚氨酯弹性体材料层与EVA表皮形成整体的粘合,彻底解决了PU泡沫层与EVA表皮的分层现象。本实用新型复合效率高,且能够连续生产、成本低。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高分子材料复合领域,具体提供一种带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的EVA片材。
背景技术
现有技术中,汽车前围一般采用EVA片材表皮通过吸塑或模压成型,然后再将EVA片材放入发泡模,向发泡模中充入双组份的PU发泡料,从而形成表皮为EVA、背面为聚氨酯软质泡沫的前围部件。但在实际生产中,因EVA表面极性与PU发泡料的相容性不好,因此经常会出现EVA与PU泡沫分层现象,从而破坏汽车前围部件的整体性,影响部件的使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的EVA片材,该EVA片材的层间粘结力大,不易分层。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的EVA片材,其以EVA材料作为基材,在所述基材的一侧面上设有薄膜层,所述薄膜层背向所述基材的侧面上设有后续发泡用的PU泡沫层。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述薄膜层为TPU薄膜。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将EVA材料与聚氨酯弹性体材料通过高温高压共挤熔合于一体,形成的材料层之间的粘结力很大、密不可分;且聚氨酯弹性体材料与后续发泡用的PU发泡材料之间有很好的相容性,两者之间能紧密粘结,进而PU发泡材料便可通过聚氨酯弹性体材料层与EVA表皮形成整体的粘合,彻底解决了PU泡沫层与EVA表皮的分层现象。本实用新型复合效率高,且能够连续生产、成本低。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本实用新型的一种带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的EVA片材的实施例进行详细说明。
本实用新型的一种带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的EVA片材,其以EVA 1材料作为基材,在所述基材的一侧面上设有薄膜层2,所述薄膜层背向所述基材的侧面上设有后续发泡用的PU泡沫层3。
在本实施例中,所述薄膜层为TPU薄膜。
在本实施例中,带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的发泡前围用EVA片材的制备过程为:首先分别将EVA材料和TPU材料均挤出到同一个分配器中,通过调节两种材料的挤出量,使两种材料在高温高压条件下完全熔为一体,形成一个两面为不同材质的片材;然后对片材进行模压成型处理,即将EVA面层作为外层面,TPU薄膜层作为内层,加工成规定形状的成型件;紧接着将成型件放入发泡模内,使TPU薄膜层与PU发泡材料相粘结,从而在TPU薄膜层表面形成一层PU泡沫层;最后将发泡后的成型件进行后续的切边切孔处理,制成符合规定形状的EVA发泡前围部件。

1.一种带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的EVA片材,其特征在于:其以EVA(1)材料作为基材,在所述基材的一侧面上设有薄膜层(2),所述薄膜层背向所述基材的侧面上设有PU泡沫层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带聚氨酯弹性体高粘表层的EVA片材,其特征在于:所述薄膜层为TPU薄膜。
