本实用新型涉及一种吹膜机控制装置,具体地说是一种吹膜机膜厚精密控制装置。它包括模头,其特征在于:在模头外模唇外缘均匀设置有加热区,加热区中安装有加热棒和热电偶,各加热区之间通过隔热槽隔离。所述的加热区不少于8个。本实用新型能够控制各邻近加热区温差达到±10℃,从而实现对物料流动性较大改变,使挤出的薄膜厚度更加均匀,从而大大提高了产品的质量。

本实用新型涉及一种吹膜机控制装置,具体地说是一种吹膜机膜厚精密控制装置。
技术背景:
吹膜机是在塑料薄膜加工行业普遍使用的设备。采用吹胀法成型薄膜是一个相当复杂的过程,工艺条件对薄膜性能有很大影响,特别是薄膜厚度均匀性。因此薄膜精密均匀挤出正日益成为一个重要的发展趋势,而塑料薄膜挤出的模头模唇部位则是实现精密挤出的关键位置和前提条件。
在模头装置中,塑料原料在高温加热下处于熔融状态,研究表明,随着温度的升高,塑料熔体的粘度呈指数函数方式下降。这是因为,温度升高,必然使得分子间、分子链间的运动加快,从而使得塑料分子链之间的缠绕降低,分子之间的距离增大,从而导致粘度降低。目前在吹胀法薄膜生产中,薄膜厚度均匀性调节一般有二种方法,一种是通过手动或自动调节模唇间隙大小解决,如实用新型专利:一种塑料吹膜机模头出口间隙自动调节装置(专利号ZL200820045584.4),就是通过热胀冷缩原理改变模唇间隙大小达到,此方法缺点是调节效果差,周期长废品多,且模唇内必须嵌入铜合金热敏材料,此材料在高温下与塑料熔体容易发生化学反应生成炭垢,从而导致模唇处间隙发生变化,时间一长便失去调节效果。另一种方法是采用自动风环,通过改变风环每个部位的风量或温度来调节,此方法缺点是自动风环造价昂贵且配件容易损坏,日常维护费用极高,另外自动风环对下吹水冷吹胀膜几乎无调节效果。有鉴于此,通过精密控置模唇部位温度是最佳选择,如实用新型专利:一种塑料吹膜机模头出口温度自动调节装置(专利号ZL200820045586.3),就是通过改变温度实现均匀挤出的装置,但是此装置不足之处在于:各个模唇出料口温度没有相互独立开,控制过程中无法实现较大温差,从而无法实现对物料流动性较大改变,导致对薄膜厚度均匀性调节效果不佳。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种吹膜机膜厚精密控制装置,它能够控制各邻近加热区温差达到±10℃,从而实现对物料流动性较大改变,使挤出的薄膜厚度更加均匀,从而大大提高了产品的质量。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:它包括模头,其特征在于:在模头外模唇外缘均匀设置有加热区,加热区中安装有加热棒和热电偶,各加热区之间通过隔热槽隔离。所述的加热区不少于8个。
本实用新型采用一组沿着外模唇紧密独立排列的加热棒,这些加热棒可以对薄膜厚度信息做出反应,当在挤出的薄膜中发现比目标厚的区域时,与模唇相应的加热棒开始升温,使得模唇相应部位温度升高,该区域模唇处塑料熔体粘性变小。与此相反,当在挤出的薄膜中发现比目标薄的区域时,与模唇相应的加热棒停止工作,使得模唇相应部位温度降低,该区域模唇塑料熔体体粘性变大。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的控制装置具有如下特点:
1、更快的响应速度。一个由合金铜制造的加热棒改善了导热性能,使得系统的响应速度更快,提高了对下游薄膜厚度信息反馈的敏感性。
2、更大的温差控制。环绕模头外模唇外缘均匀设置若干独立加热区,各加热区之间设有隔热槽,具有隔热功能,减少邻近加热区温度的相互影响,各邻近加热区温差可以达到±10℃。
3、更简单的维护。该加热棒与模头的加热系统相互分离,随时可以将加热棒从模唇处拆卸下来进行维护,日常维护十分方便且费用极低。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括模头4,在模头4的外模唇5外缘均匀设置有加热区6,加热区6中安装有加热棒1和热电偶3,各加热区之间通过隔热槽2隔离。所述的加热区6不少于8个。
