技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种厨房用具。
背景技术  众所周知，在烹饪时，葱、蒜是经常使用的配料，然而由于葱蒜的个体较小，并且利用量较大，在切时存在不便，另外，人们在掰或切洋葱时，洋葱会挥发出一些物质，从而对切洋葱者造成刺激，为避免这类现象的发生，人们也做出了许多合理的设计，但是大多存在着结构复杂、使用不便、操作繁琐、成本高等缺点。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、方便实用、操作便捷、造价低廉、易于推广的用于切葱蒜的装置。
本实用新型包括托盘、外罩、连接杆、刀片以及把手，所示托盘为圆盘形结构，在其上端面设有置物槽，托盘与外罩的底部相连，外罩为下开口槽型壳体，即在托盘的边缘位置设有插槽，外罩通过插槽与托盘连接，外罩的顶面中心位置开设通孔，连接杆穿过通孔进入操作室内部，连接杆上并位置在通孔与连接杆底端之间设有弹簧，在连接杆的底部连接刀架，刀架上等距设有若干个刀片，在上述连接杆的顶端设有把手。
使用时，将葱、蒜或者洋葱放置在托盘的置物槽内，将外罩与托盘相连，切菜时，手握把手，下压连接杆，连接杆底部的刀片对葱、蒜或者洋葱进行切割。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：结构简单、方便实用、操作便捷、造价低廉、易于推广。
