本实用新型便捷切片器，包括板体，板体为长方体结构，并在板体的两端固接把手，且在板体的表面设有长方形透孔，在透孔的对应侧边设有多个对称凹槽，刀片与凹槽活动连接，且刀片的高度大于凹槽的高度。
采用上述结构后，使用时，人们可根据待切食材的长度，选择刀片的数量，然后将刀片插入到凹槽内，再手握板体两侧边的把手，将板体置于待切食材的上表面，用力下压，即可将待切食材切成片。
