背景技术
目前人们在厨房普遍使用的刀具,大都为扁平的刀柄尾部加上刀把,使用时手拿刀把进行切割,有时为了切割容易,就必须把手往刀柄处使劲,就会自然的把手握到刀柄处,由于刀柄上部为扁平结构非常窄,人手会很容易的被刀柄勒出一道沟痕迹,非常不科学。

本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术存在的不足,提供一种符合人体工学的切割刀具。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在刀背上设置拇指按压器,拇指按压器设置在刀背上靠近刀把的位置处,拇指按压器的上表面设有防滑颗粒。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:使用切割刀具切割物品时更省力、更容易,人手不会被刀柄勒出一道沟痕迹。
