如图1所示，该洋葱切片器，在上下开口的矩形盒体2底部固定刀刃朝上的平行排刀3，矩形盒体上部设有可滑动的压板1，压板可以使用木质的，也可用其他材料，压板上可以设把手，方便推拉。排刀3的两端固定在矩形盒体内壁上。
使用时，将清洗完的洋葱放入其中，用力压下压板即可。
