技术领域
本实用新型涉及耳塞振膜的新型设计,设计新型双层复合式振膜以延伸高频的截止频率,拓宽频带,解决目前传统单层振膜耳塞频带不够宽,音色欠佳的问题。 
背景技术
目前传统的耳塞所使用的振膜均为一整张薄膜压制而成,为单层的振膜,其结构如图1所示,振膜由振膜圆环1和中心球顶2两个部分组成,振膜圆环1和中心球顶2分别对应频率响应曲线的中低频和高频。振膜圆环1相对越柔和对应低频下潜的越低,低频越宽广;中心球顶2相对刚性越强,高频的延伸越高,高频越宽广。所以单层的振膜很难兼顾振膜圆环1需柔和,中心球顶2需刚强的要求,一般是尽量满足振膜圆环1的要求采用薄和柔软的振膜,所以中心球顶2先天不足高频很难延伸,从而整个频带不够宽,对应的音域不宽,耳塞的音色表现欠佳。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:采用双层复合式振膜,兼顾低频和高频,提高高频的延伸范围,使频带增宽,拓宽音域,改善音质。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下方案实现:在中心球顶上复合一层第二振膜。 
所述第二振膜由刚性强而且轻的发泡材料制成。 
本实用新型通过在振膜中心球顶处复合一层刚性强而且轻的发泡材料,从而使高频得到了延伸,兼顾低频和高频,提高高频的延伸范围,使频带增宽,拓宽音域,改善音质。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。 
如图2所示,本实用新型包括采用薄和柔软的振膜材料制成的第一振膜,第一振膜由振膜圆环1和中心球顶2两个部分组成,在中心球顶2上复合一层由刚性强而且轻的发泡材料制成的第二振膜3。

1.一种新型双层复合式振膜耳塞,包括第一振膜,第一振膜由振膜圆环和中心球顶两个部分组成,其特征在于:在中心球顶上复合一层第二振膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型双层复合式振膜耳塞,其特征在于:第二振膜由刚性强而且轻的发泡材料制成。
