背景技术
目前,在保温管道加工过程中,有一重要环节就是对保温层的制造,部分管道保温层采用聚氨酯材料,对该部分的制造要采用在管道和外护管之间实施聚氨酯发泡操作。在现有技术中,对跨越三通聚氨酯保温层发泡还没有专用辅助设备,只是采用较为原始的工具将跨越三通固定并将其三通管道两头以及三通管外端封堵,再由发泡设备对管道和外护管间隙进行聚氨酯发泡。这种原始零散的辅助工具操作麻烦,对跨越三通的固定和端口的封堵效果差,造成工作效率低,发泡质量差。

为了克服背景技术中的不足,本实用新型提供一种跨越三通聚氨酯保温层发泡平台,该跨越三通聚氨酯保温层发泡平台解决了跨越三通在发泡平台上不稳定的问题,结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖,安全可靠,制造成本低。
本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:一种跨越三通聚氨酯保温层发泡平台,包括封堵环,托架,液压轴,液压缸,油管,操作箱,封堵环后侧设有托架,托架由液压轴活动连接于液压缸,液压缸安装在支架上并由油管连接操作箱,支杆两端连接支架和横杆,其特征在于:横杆上设有三通封堵环,支架上设有相对的两个夹紧装置,夹紧装置上端由螺栓连接,下端由铰链连接且固定在支架上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:跨越三通聚氨酯保温层发泡平台结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖,性能可靠,安全使用,制造成本低,封堵效果好,且易于大规模推广应用。

参看附图,本具体实施方式是采用以下技术方案,一种跨越三通聚氨酯保温层发泡平台,包括封堵环6,托架5,液压轴4,液压缸3,油管2,操作箱1,封堵环6后侧设有托架5,托架5由液压轴4活动连接于液压缸3,液压缸3安装在支架11上并由油管2连接操作箱1,支杆12两端连接支架11和横杆10,其特征在于:横杆10上设有三通封堵环6,支架11上设有相对的两个夹紧装置7,夹紧装置7上端由螺栓9连接,下端由铰链8连接且固定在支架11上,使用时将跨越三通放置在支架11上,并由夹紧装置7将跨越三通固定,然后,通过操作箱1控制液压缸3使液压轴4推着封堵环6将跨越三通的两端管道和支管道与外护管之间空隙封堵,最后,通过发泡设备进行聚氨酯发泡,跨越三通聚氨酯保温层发泡平台结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖,性能可靠,安全使用,制造成本低,封堵效果好,且易于大规模推广应用。
