Description

±800kV特高压直流线路用防滑移型跳线管母结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及特高压直流输电工程用跳线管母结构。
背景技术
随着电压等级提高和技术的发展,输电线路中出现了刚性跳线形式,刚性跳线是国内外超高压、特高压线路中普遍采用的一种跳线形式,可以有效减少跳线风偏和弧垂,压缩杆塔结构尺寸,效果明显。刚性跳线型式常用的有两种型式,分别是鼠笼式与铝质管母式刚性跳线。铝质管母式刚性跳线是将跳线下侧一段普通软跳线用两根铝管替代,然后通过引流线连接到耐张绝缘子串上,铝管既导流又起支撑作用。铝质管母式刚性跳线已在我国750kV、±800kV、1000kV等电压等级的工程中广泛应用。由于跳线管母线长度设计要求、铝管运输及现场施工等原因,每根管母线多分为2节,两节管母线通过管母内接头定位支撑,外加管母外接头连接导流。
如图1所示,为现有的管母连接结构,其包含相互连接的管母线1,相互连接的管母线1外侧套设管母外接头2,管母外接头2通过若干组螺杆及螺母3固定连接。由于两节管母线对接时仅靠管母外接头的握力固定,以往工程中曾出现软跳线施工弧垂和线长略小以及悬吊绝缘子串上下端开度不一致造成管目线轴向拉力增大,而且风振频繁等原因,导致管母接头型间隔棒螺杆及螺母3松动,使管母线1对接处容易发生滑移及侧弯。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于解决电力架空线路铝质管母跳线,在轴向拉力过大情况下,管母滑脱的问题,同时仍具有电力架空线路铝质管母跳线的功能。
本实用新型为达上述目的,所采用的主要技术手段在于:一种±800kV特高压直流线路用防滑移型跳线管母结构,其包含相互连接的管母线,相互连接的管母线外侧套设管母外接头,管母外接头通过若干组螺杆及螺母固定连接,设有加固部件,该加固部件具有内接头,该内接头为管状结构,其与管母线相匹配,管母线套设于内接头外侧;该内接头中间设有凸起一圈的挡台,相互连接的管母线设于挡台的两侧;该管母线与内接头相对应位置设有螺孔,螺孔内设有固定螺丝。
该管母外接头内的螺母为两个。
该挡台的第一外侧表面不高于管母线的第二外侧表面。
该固定螺丝的顶部外表面不高于管母线的第二外侧表面。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:利用上述的加固部件,使得管母线与加固部件的内接头通过固定螺丝相连接固定,外侧再套设管母外接头,使得本实用新型的管母结构更加稳固,不易脱落。该管母外接头内的螺母设为两个,使得管母外接头的连接更加稳固。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2-4所示,本实用新型一种±800kV特高压直流线路用防滑移型跳线管母结构,其包含相互连接的管母线1,相互连接的管母线1外侧套设管母外接头2,管母外接头通过若干组螺杆及螺母3固定连接,其重点在于,设有加固部件4,该加固部件4具有内接头5,该内接头5为管状结构,其与管母线1相匹配,管母线1套设于内接头5外侧;该内接头5中间设有凸起一圈的挡台51,相互连接的管母线1设于挡台51的两侧;该挡台51的第一外侧表面511不高于管母线1的第二外侧表面10,该固定螺丝12的顶部外表面121不高于管母线1的第二外侧表面10。该管母线1与内接头5相对应位置设有螺孔11,螺孔11内设有固定螺丝12。
利用上述的加固部件,使得管母线与加固部件的内接头通过固定螺丝相连接固定,外侧再套设管母外接头,使得本实用新型的管母结构更加稳固,不易脱落。为了使得管母外接头的连接更加稳固,可以将该管母外接头内的螺母设为两个。

1.一种±800kV特高压直流线路用防滑移型跳线管母结构,其包含相互连接的管母线,相互连接的管母线外侧套设管母外接头,管母外接头通过若干组螺杆及螺母固定连接,其特征在于,设有加固部件,该加固部件具有内接头,该内接头为管状结构,其与管母线相匹配,管母线套设于内接头外侧;
该内接头中间设有凸起一圈的挡台,相互连接的管母线设于挡台的两侧;
该管母线与内接头相对应位置设有螺孔,螺孔内设有固定螺丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的±800kV特高压直流线路用防滑移型跳线管母结构,其特征在于,该管母外接头内的螺母为两个。
3.如权利要求1所述的±800kV特高压直流线路用防滑移型跳线管母结构,其特征在于,该挡台的第一外侧表面不高于管母线的第二外侧表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的±800kV特高压直流线路用防滑移型跳线管母结构,其特征在于,该固定螺丝的顶部外表面不高于管母线的第二外侧表面。
