内胆内接驳管带翻边的联集盒,由两侧面开有排孔的内胆、与内胆焊接连接的内接驳管和罩壳组成,其特征在于内接驳管带有翻边。本实用新型的有益效果:带有翻边的内接驳管,更适合使用密封圈与集热管密封连接。所制造与集热管内玻璃管密封连接的联集盒,具有较小的内胆径向尺寸及罩壳尺寸,节省材料并减小散热面积。采用喇叭形内接驳管,在与之配合的集热管内可以留存更多的水,适合制造要求集热管内留存水的产品,譬如太阳能产蒸汽装置。结合附图给出一个实施例。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及内胆内接驳管带翻边的联集盒。
背景技术
现有的一种用于太阳能集热的联集盒采用在不锈钢内胆管上开大孔,然后将全玻璃真空集热管整个插入,这种形式只适合管内有水的集热模块,并带有管内有水所有的一些弊端譬如带负载能力差、集热温度低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供内胆内接驳管带翻边的联集盒。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:用两侧面开有排孔的内胆、与内胆焊接连接的内接驳管和罩壳,组成一个内胆内接驳管带翻边的联集盒。要求内接驳管带有翻边;并在内胆与罩壳之间充填绝热材料。
还可以采用喇叭形内接驳管。

具体实施方式
图1和图2共同给出本实用新型的一个实施例。
图1和图2中,在内胆1上开排孔,并在排孔中配合连接带有宽翻边3的喇叭形内接驳管4。焊接连接内胆1和内接驳管4。在内胆1两端焊接内胆端盖5,在内胆端盖5上开孔插入进出水管6并焊接连接内胆端盖5和进出水管6。在内胆1与罩壳7之间充填绝热材料8,制成一个内胆内接驳管带翻边的联集盒。
图1中画有绝热材料8的部分为复合剖视。

1.内胆内接驳管带翻边的联集盒,由两侧面开有排孔的内胆、与内胆焊接连接的内接驳管和罩壳组成,其特征在于内接驳管带有翻边。
2.按照权利要求1所述的联集盒,其特征在于含有喇叭形内接驳管。
