背景技术
现有的平板太阳能集热器,采用每根集热管焊在一块小集热板上,再将多块小集热板焊接成为一整块集热板的方式,这种结构繁杂,工艺繁琐且成本高,还有一种结构为在集热板上开有槽,在槽内安装集热管,此种结构在温度变化大的环境下,由于热胀冷缩,使得集热管与集热板之间的间隙比较大,影响了热量的传导。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、工艺简单、成本低且热传导效果好的激光焊接整板平板太阳能集热器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案:一种激光焊接整板平板太阳能集热器,包括箱体、集热板、保温层和集热管,所述集热管置于箱体上,所述箱体内装有保温层,集热管激光焊接在集热板上,所述集热板为整体结构,集热管呈横向或纵向排布。
所述集热管为10-30根,且等距离焊在集热板上。
所述箱体与集热管间具有密封圈。
所述集热管包括横向排布焊接,纵向排布焊接或者一根蛇形管焊接。
本实用新型的有益效果:采用整板激光焊接,故整个结构简单、工艺简单、成本低且热传导效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种激光焊接整板平板太阳能集热器,包括箱体4、集热板3、保温层1和集热管2,所述集热管2置于箱体4上,所述箱体4内装有保温层1,集热管2激光焊接在集热板3上,所述集热板3为整体结构。所述集热管2呈横向或纵向排布。所述集热管2为10-30根,且等距离焊在集热板3上。当然集热管2也可以为一根蛇形管,整根焊接在集热板3上。
所述箱体4与集热管2间具有密封圈5。
所述集热管2采用超声波焊接方式焊接在集热板3上。
本实用新型安装的时候,采用一整块集热板3,长度为2米,宽度为1.8米,八根集热管2等距离横向排布,利用超声波技术焊接在集热板3上,然后将焊有集热管2的集热板3置于箱体4上,箱体4内装有保温层1。本实用新型的激光焊接平板太阳能集热器由于集热板3为整体结构,采用整板焊接集热管2,结构简单、工艺简单、成本低且热传导效果好。

1.一种激光焊接整板平板太阳能集热器,包括箱体(4)、集热板(3)、保温层(1)和集热管(2),所述集热管(2)置于箱体(4)上,所述箱体(4)内装有保温层(1),集热管(2)激光焊接在集热板(3)上,其特征在于:所述集热板(3)为整体结构,集热管(2)呈横向或纵向排布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光焊接整板平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于:所述集热管为10-30根,且等距离焊在集热板(3)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的激光焊接整板平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于:所述箱体(4)与集热管(2)间具有密封圈(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的激光焊接整板平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于:所述集热管(2)为蛇形管。
