背景技术
制作蚕丝过程中，蚕丝水箱处具有较高的热量。如何利用蚕丝水箱处的余热是一个节约生产成本的严峻问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题，提供一种结构简单、热利用率高的余热回收装置。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：一种余热回收装置，设置于蚕丝水箱处，其特征在于，该装置包括呈筒状用于储水的集热筒，所述集热筒上具有连接口，所述连接口与进热管相联，所述集热筒外侧包裹有保温材料。
进热管的一端位于蚕丝水箱处，进热管的另一端连接在集热筒的连接口处。蚕丝水箱处的热量经进热管进入集热筒内，由于集热筒内具有水，通过上述热量就能快速的将集热筒内的水加热。
在上述的余热回收装置中，所述集热筒底部具有出水口，所述集热筒上部具有进水口。
冷水由进水口放入集热筒内，集热筒内的热水由出水口放出。
在上述的余热回收装置中，所述连接口的数量为两个，且两个连接口均位于集热筒顶部。
在上述的余热回收装置中，所述进热管外侧包裹有保温材料。
与现有技术相比，本余热回收装置通过进入的热气将位于集热筒内的水加热，然后再根据实际需要打开出水口使用热水。可以看出，本装置热利用率高，结构简单，具有较高的实用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本余热回收装置设置于蚕丝水箱处，该装置包括呈筒状用于储水的集热筒1，所述集热筒1上具有连接口2，所述连接口2与进热管5相联，所述集热筒1外侧包裹有保温材料。
集热筒1底部具有出水口4，所述集热筒1上部具有进水口3。冷水由进水口3放入集热筒1内，集热筒1内的热水由出水口4放出。连接口2的数量为两个，且两个连接口2均位于集热筒1顶部。本实施例中，进热管5外侧包裹有保温材料。
进热管5的一端位于蚕丝水箱处，进热管的5另一端连接在集热筒1的连接口2处。蚕丝水箱处的热量经进热管5进入集热筒1内，由于集热筒1内具有水，通过上述热量就能快速的将集热筒1内的水加热。需要使用热水时打开出水口4处的阀门即可。

1.一种余热回收装置，设置于蚕丝水箱处，其特征在于，该装置包括呈筒状用于储水的集热筒，所述集热筒上具有连接口，所述连接口与进热管相联，所述集热筒外侧包裹有保温材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的余热回收装置，其特征在于，所述集热筒底部具有出水口，所述集热筒上部具有进水口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的余热回收装置，其特征在于，所述连接口的数量为两个，且两个连接口均位于集热筒顶部。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的余热回收装置，其特征在于，所述进热管外侧包裹有保温材料。
