背景技术
制作蚕丝过程中,蚕丝水箱处具有较高的热量。如何利用蚕丝水箱处的余热是一个节约生产成本的严峻问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种结构简单、热利用率高的余热回收装置。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种余热回收装置,设置于蚕丝水箱处,其特征在于,该装置包括呈筒状用于储水的集热筒,所述集热筒上具有连接口,所述连接口与进热管相联,所述集热筒外侧包裹有保温材料。
进热管的一端位于蚕丝水箱处,进热管的另一端连接在集热筒的连接口处。蚕丝水箱处的热量经进热管进入集热筒内,由于集热筒内具有水,通过上述热量就能快速的将集热筒内的水加热。
在上述的余热回收装置中,所述集热筒底部具有出水口,所述集热筒上部具有进水口。
冷水由进水口放入集热筒内,集热筒内的热水由出水口放出。
在上述的余热回收装置中,所述连接口的数量为两个,且两个连接口均位于集热筒顶部。
在上述的余热回收装置中,所述进热管外侧包裹有保温材料。
与现有技术相比,本余热回收装置通过进入的热气将位于集热筒内的水加热,然后再根据实际需要打开出水口使用热水。可以看出,本装置热利用率高,结构简单,具有较高的实用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本余热回收装置设置于蚕丝水箱处,该装置包括呈筒状用于储水的集热筒1,所述集热筒1上具有连接口2,所述连接口2与进热管5相联,所述集热筒1外侧包裹有保温材料。
集热筒1底部具有出水口4,所述集热筒1上部具有进水口3。冷水由进水口3放入集热筒1内,集热筒1内的热水由出水口4放出。连接口2的数量为两个,且两个连接口2均位于集热筒1顶部。本实施例中,进热管5外侧包裹有保温材料。
进热管5的一端位于蚕丝水箱处,进热管的5另一端连接在集热筒1的连接口2处。蚕丝水箱处的热量经进热管5进入集热筒1内,由于集热筒1内具有水,通过上述热量就能快速的将集热筒1内的水加热。需要使用热水时打开出水口4处的阀门即可。

1.一种余热回收装置,设置于蚕丝水箱处,其特征在于,该装置包括呈筒状用于储水的集热筒,所述集热筒上具有连接口,所述连接口与进热管相联,所述集热筒外侧包裹有保温材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的余热回收装置,其特征在于,所述集热筒底部具有出水口,所述集热筒上部具有进水口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的余热回收装置,其特征在于,所述连接口的数量为两个,且两个连接口均位于集热筒顶部。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的余热回收装置,其特征在于,所述进热管外侧包裹有保温材料。
