本实用新型涉及一种金属法兰,尤其是涉及到一种大口径金属法兰。
背景技术
在煤化工、甲醇工程和精细化工等化工领域均要用到各种大口径耐腐蚀反应釜,广泛用于航天和热真空环境下的真空容器等等,而这些大口径反应釜和真空容器上均要用到大口径法兰,国内所采用的大口径法兰均采用JB/T4701、4703-2000甲型平焊法兰、乙型平焊法兰、长颈对焊法兰和GB/T6070-2007《真空技术法兰尺寸》法兰,这些法兰的宽度较宽、厚度较厚,使筒体与法兰焊接后,法兰变形量大,法兰内外端面与筒体轴线偏差量大,不易进行加工,即使二次加工,法兰加工后的厚度厚薄不均,导致法兰的强度下降,影响了设备的使用寿命。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种新型结构的大口径法兰,在原来的大口径法兰与筒体焊接部位的附近设置有应力槽,降低法兰内外端面与轴线的偏差。

本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
