背景技术
图1所示，现有的烧结机混料机进料嘴衬板的上部用两条∮27×150螺栓2吊挂固定，由于混合料粘性大，极易发生堵料嘴故障，只好用衬板中部振动器4振动缓减，衬板上下跳动剪切吊挂螺栓，螺栓使用周期满足不了长达三个月以上的生产周期，且螺栓故障率频发。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供使用寿命较长的一种烧结机混料机进料嘴衬板。
本实用新型包括一块钢板，其特征是钢板的一侧焊接有轴套，轴设置在轴套中，轴的两端与轴座连接，轴座安装在烧结机混料机进料嘴两侧的帮板上。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，它的使用寿命为8个月。
