图1所示,现有的烧结机混料机进料嘴衬板的上部用两条∮27×150螺栓2吊挂固定,由于混合料粘性大,极易发生堵料嘴故障,只好用衬板中部振动器4振动缓减,衬板上下跳动剪切吊挂螺栓,螺栓使用周期满足不了长达三个月以上的生产周期,且螺栓故障率频发。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供使用寿命较长的一种烧结机混料机进料嘴衬板。
本实用新型包括一块钢板,其特征是钢板的一侧焊接有轴套,轴设置在轴套中,轴的两端与轴座连接,轴座安装在烧结机混料机进料嘴两侧的帮板上。
