技术领域:
本实用新型涉及照明灯具领域,具体涉及一种新型LED灯支架。
背景技术:
目前随着人们环保意识的不断提高,LED灯管以其节电节能的显著效果,而逐渐的取代了传统的荧光灯管,但是目前常见的安装方法,都是将原日光灯支架配合LED灯管使用,原镇流器或取消或短接,原启辉器同时取消,此操作方法虽然也能达到节能的效果,但安装使用上较为繁琐,专业人员才能作业,一般人员不经专业培训操作起来容易引起安全事故,且此种方式因支架上有金属材料,LED灯管上也装有有效散热的金属材料,这样组合起来使用就是浪费大量的金属材料,与目前国家所提倡的:节能,环保,减少碳排放,减少温室气体排放的政策相违背。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型LED灯支架,它能有效地解决背景技术中所存在的问题。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案;它包含扩光罩1,LED灯珠2,铝基板3,铝管4,灯头端盖5,螺丝6,插头端子7,保护盖8,安装扣9,电源电路11,热缩套管12,电源插线13,连接件14和接地片15;扩光罩1罩在铝管4的表面,LED灯珠2安装在铝基板3的上面,铝基板3安装在铝管4的安装槽内,灯头端盖5通过螺丝6固定在铝管4的两端,在灯头端盖5的两侧设置有与电源插线13和连接件14相对应的插孔,插孔内部安装有插头端子7,安装扣9通过螺丝6将铝管4固定在墙面上,热缩套管12套在电源电路11,电源插线13与灯头端盖5插孔内的插头端子7相连,接地片15安装在灯头端盖5的底部并与铝管4接触,所述的接地片15通过引线10与插头端子7的接地端连接。
所述的插头端子7通过引线10连接到电源电路11,电源电路12通过引线10与铝基板3相连,灯头端盖5两端的插头端子7通过引线10连接。
所述的连接件14可以将LED灯支架之间进行有效的插接扩展,当不需要扩展时将保护盖8盖在灯头端盖5,防止碰触插头端子7。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:结构简单,采用将LED灯珠铝基板安装在铝管安装支架上的设计结构,直接取代日光灯整体灯具,取消了不必要的零部件,减少不必要的替换更改电路的工作,减少金属材料的用量,节省了材料,使用寿命更长,更安全,安装也更加方便。

具体实施方式:
参看图1,本具体实施方式是采用以下技术方案:它包含扩光罩1,LED灯珠2,铝基板3,铝管4,灯头端盖5,螺丝6,插头端子7,保护盖8,安装扣9,电源电路11,热缩套管12,电源插线13和接地片15;扩光罩1罩在铝管4的表面,LED灯珠2安装在铝基板3的上面,铝基板3安装在铝管4的安装槽内,灯头端盖5通过螺丝6固定在铝管4的两端,在灯头端盖5的两侧设置有与电源插线13和连接件14相对应的插孔,插孔内部安装有插头端子7,安装扣9通过螺丝6将铝管4固定在墙面上,热缩套管12套在电源电路11,电源插线13与灯头端盖5插孔内的插头端子7相连,接地片15安装在灯头端盖5的底部并与铝管4接触,所述的接地片15通过引线10与插头端子7的接地端连接。
所述的插头端子7通过引线10连接到电源电路11,电源电路12通过引线10与铝基板3相连,灯头端盖5两端的插头端子7通过引线10连接。
所述的连接件14可以将LED灯支架之间进行有效的插接扩展,当不需要扩展时将保护盖8盖在灯头端盖5,防止碰触插头端子7。
本具体实施方式具有以下有益效果:结构简单,采用将LED灯珠铝基板安装在铝管安装支架上的设计结构,直接取代日光灯整体灯具,取消了不必要的零部件,减少不必要的替换更改电路的工作,减少金属材料的用量,节省了材料,使用寿命更长,更安全,安装也更加方便。

Claims (3)

1.一种新型LED灯支架,其特征在于它包含扩光罩(1),LED灯珠(2),铝基板(3),铝管(4),灯头端盖(5),螺丝(6),插头端子(7),保护盖(8),安装扣(9),电源电路(11),热缩套管(12),电源插线(13),连接件(14)和接地片(15);扩光罩(1)罩在铝管(4)的表面,LED灯珠(2)安装在铝基板(3)的上面,铝基板(3)安装在铝管(4)的安装槽内,灯头端盖(5)通过螺丝(6)固定在铝管(4)的两端,在灯头端盖(5)的两侧设置有与电源插线(13)和连接件(14)相对应的插孔,插孔内部安装有插头端子(7),安装扣(9)通过螺丝(6)将铝管(4)固定在墙面上,热缩套管(12)套在电源电路(11),电源插线(13)与灯头端盖(5)插孔内的插头端子(7)相连,接地片(15)安装在灯头端盖(5)的底部并与铝管(4)接触,所述的接地片(15)通过引线(10)与插头端子(7)的接地端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯支架,其特征在于所述的插头端子(7)通过引线(10)连接到电源电路(11),电源电路(12)通过引线(10)与铝基板(3)相连,灯头端盖(5)两端的插头端子(7)通过引线(10)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯支架,其特征在于所述的连接件(14)可以将LED灯支架之间进行有效的插接扩展,当不需要扩展时将保护盖(8)盖在灯头端盖(5),防止碰触插头端子(7)。
