本实用新型涉及一种电光源技术领域,尤其是一种LED节能灯,包括灯头、灯泡,灯泡由上部的透光罩和置于罩内的电源板、电路板、灯芯柱构成,电路板通过正极导线、负极导线与灯头连接,电路板上设置至少两层LED灯珠,相邻两层LED灯珠交差排列,电路板下两面均匀分布LED灯珠,有效节省空间,发出的光分布均匀,电路板用焊锡固定于透光罩内灯芯柱上方钼丝支架上,电源板设在灯头内并与灯头上端用锡焊连接,电路板与灯芯柱支架下端用焊锡连接,透光罩为圆形或者半圆形,透光罩下端与灯头通过胶水固定连接,达到合理配置的效果,可以更好的节能、环保,使用寿命长。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,各种灯具越来越普及,特别是电子节能灯具已经进入千家万户,LED节能灯的节能、环保等的特点已逐渐被人们认可,目前的LED一般只用于灯箱、广告牌、标志、指示牌、指示灯和低亮度的照明灯,但其亮度不够,功率有限。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种节能、高亮度的LED节能灯。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED节能灯,包括灯头、灯泡,灯泡由上部的透光罩和置于罩内的电源板、电路板、灯芯柱构成,电路板通过正极导线、负极导线与灯头连接,电路板上设置至少两层LED灯珠,相邻两层LED灯珠交差排列,电路板上下两面均匀分布LED灯珠,有效节省空间,发出的光分布均匀,电路板用焊锡固定于透光罩内灯芯柱上方钼丝支架上,电源板设在灯头内并与灯头上端用锡焊连接,电源板与灯芯柱支架下端用焊锡固定连接,透光罩为圆形或者半圆形,透光罩下端与灯头通过胶水固定连接,可有效散热,达到合理配置的效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的LED节能灯可搭配各种色彩、形式的灯泡,发光均匀柔和,无闪烁,视角大,无辐射,功耗低,寿命长,结构合理,造型美观,性能可靠,兼容性好,组装方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的本实用新型LED节能灯的最佳实施例,包括灯头1、灯泡7,灯泡7由上部的透光罩5和置于罩内的电源板2、电路板4、灯芯柱3构成,电路板4通过正极导线、负极导线与灯头1连接,电路板4上设置有三层LED灯珠6,相邻两层LED灯珠交差排列,LED灯珠6均匀分布在电路板的上下两面,有效节省空间,发出的光分布均匀,电路板4用焊锡固定于透光罩5内灯芯柱3上方钼丝支架上,电源板2设在灯头1内并与灯头1上部内壁用锡焊连接,电源板2与灯芯柱3支架下端通过焊锡连接,透光罩5为圆形或者半圆形,透光罩5下端与灯头1通过胶水固定连接,可以有效散热,达到合理配置的效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种LED节能灯,包括灯头(1)、灯泡(7),灯泡(7)由上部的透光罩(5)和置于罩内的电源板(2)、电路板(4)、灯芯柱(3)构成,电路板(4)通过正极导线、负极导线与灯头(1)连接,其特征是:电路板(4)上有至少两层LED灯珠(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的电路板(4)用焊锡固定于透光罩(5)内灯芯柱(3)上方钼丝支架上,电源板(2)设在灯头(1)内并与灯头(1)内壁用锡焊连接,电源板(2)与灯芯柱(3)支架下端通过焊锡连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的LED灯珠(6)均匀分布在电路板(4)的上下两面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征是:所述电路板(4)上的LED灯珠(6)相邻两层交差排列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的透光罩(5)为圆形或者半圆形,透光罩(5)的下端与灯头(1)通过胶水固定连接。
