本实用新型涉及一种大功率投光灯。
背景技术
目前市面上LED照明70％使用在工业照明和商业照明上。LED灯具虽然具有亮度高、使用寿命长、节能环保等优点，但其售价至少是普通灯具的三四倍，而且商业和工业用的LED照明灯个体比较大，重量也大，拆装不方便，并且没有做到适合居家用的发光亮度和节电的理念，家庭中使用时间和数量有限，并不能完全体现节能的价值，从经济角度来说，并不划算。而由于家庭使用率低，因此为居家使用设计的灯具也较少，这又导致了家庭使用受到限制。现在国家已经在积极推动节能环保产品的使用。现在LED灯具的生产技术不断成熟，生产规模不断扩大后，价格也会下降到一个能够让普通消费者接受的位置，所以家庭对LED灯具的需求就出现了大幅度的增长。但是传统的LED灯用在家庭使用中还无法做到美观，体积小，亮度好且节电等功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大功率投光灯，本实用新型具有良好的散热效果，能有效减少LED使用过程中的光衰，且使用寿命长，功耗低。为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种大功率投光灯，包括球罩，散热器，连接帽和灯头；其中球罩安装在散热器上，散热器上压入安装有内绝缘座，内绝缘座内卡合安装有驱动板，驱动板安装在连接帽内，连接帽与灯头卡合安装；且球罩与散热器之间通过螺钉螺合安装有铝基板，铝基板上安装有7颗LED灯。
所述的球罩表面作成透明磨砂面。
所述的连接帽直径为27mm，且灯头的直径也为配套设置成27mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型具有良好的散热效果，能有效减少LED使用过程中的光衰，且使用寿命长，功耗低。

实施例1
如图1，图2所示的一种大功率投光灯，包括球罩1，散热器3，连接帽6和灯头7；其中球罩1安装在散热器3上，球罩1表面作成透明磨砂面。散热器3上压入安装有内绝缘座4，内绝缘座4内卡合安装有驱动板5，驱动板5安装在连接帽6内，连接帽6与灯头7卡合安装；且连接帽6直径为27mm，灯头7的直径也为配套设置成27mm。球罩1与散热器3之间通过螺钉9螺合安装有铝基板2，铝基板2上安装有7颗LED灯8。

1.一种大功率投光灯，其特征在于：包括球罩(1)，散热器(3)，连接帽(6)和灯头(7)；其中球罩(1)安装在散热器(3)上，散热器(3)上压入安装有内绝缘座(4)，内绝缘座(4)内卡合安装有驱动板(5)，驱动板(5)安装在连接帽(6)内，连接帽(6)与灯头(7)卡合安装；且球罩(1)与散热器(3)之间通过螺钉(9)螺合安装有铝基板(2)，铝基板(2)上安装有7颗LED灯(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大功率投光灯，其特征在于：所述的球罩(1)表面作成透明磨砂面。
