本实用新型涉及一种大功率射灯。
背景技术
目前市面上LED照明70％使用在工业照明和商业照明上。LED灯具虽然具有亮度高、使用寿命长、节能环保等优点，但其售价至少是普通灯具的三四倍，而且商业和工业用的LED照明灯个体比较大，重量也大，拆装不方便，并且没有做到适合居家用的发光亮度和节电的理念，家庭中使用时间和数量有限，并不能完全体现节能的价值，从经济角度来说，并不划算。而由于家庭使用率低，因此为居家使用设计的灯具也较少，这又导致了家庭使用受到限制。现在国家已经在积极推动节能环保产品的使用。现在LED灯具的生产技术不断成熟，生产规模不断扩大后，价格也会下降到一个能够让普通消费者接受的位置，所以家庭对LED灯具的需求就出现了大幅度的增长。但是传统的LED灯用在家庭使用中还无法做到美观，体积小，亮度好且节电等功能。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大功率射灯，本实用新型具有体积小、重量轻、美观大方、高效节能、不发热、无眩光、寿命长、节能环保的特点。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种大功率射灯，包括透镜，光源板，驱动板，灯罩和铜脚，其中光源板上安装有1个LED灯，光源板插入到灯罩内的固定槽上；灯罩内的放置槽上放置有驱动板，且光源板与驱动板通过2根导线连接；铜脚穿过灯罩与光源板焊接连接；灯罩上安装有透镜，且使LED灯位于透镜上的反射孔内。

如图1，图2所示的一种大功率射灯，包括透镜1，光源板2，驱动板3，灯罩4和铜脚5，其中光源板2上安装有1个LED灯6，光源板2插入到灯罩4内的固定槽上；灯罩4内的放置槽上放置有驱动板3，且光源板2与驱动板3通过2根导线连接；铜脚5穿过灯罩4与光源板2焊接连接；灯罩4上安装有透镜1，透镜1透光部位作成磨砂面，且使LED灯6位于透镜1上的反射孔内。

1.一种大功率射灯，其特征在于：包括透镜(1)，光源板(2)，驱动板(3)，灯罩(4)和铜脚(5)，其中光源板(2)上安装有1个LED灯(6)，光源板(2)插入到灯罩(4)内的固定槽上；灯罩(4)内的放置槽上放置有驱动板(3)，且光源板(2)与驱动板(3)通过2根导线连接；铜脚(5)穿过灯罩(4)与光源板(2)焊接连接；灯罩(4)上安装有透镜(1)，且使LED灯(6)位于透镜(1)上的反射孔内。
